This house is in the perfect spot in Garden City SC. We are located between Surfside Beach Pier and Garden City Pier and a 2 minute drive to Murrells Inlet. Directly out of our gate is the beach! Directly out of another gate is a golf course.
This beautiful house has 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. It is immaculately clean. It has all new furnishings and stainless steel appliances. There are two kitchens and living rooms. Granite counter tops, recessed lighting, breakfast bar, internet, smart tv’s ceiling fans, washer and dryer, central a/c & heat, 5 tv’s, gas fireplace, baby bed, stroller, highchair, baby gate, outside shower, gas grill, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella and beach wagon. Two new golf carts to use (one 6 seat and one 4 seat)screened in back porch. Patio with gas fire pit. Covered decks.

This house is in a gated community with private beach parking right out of the gate. We are centrally located between the Surfside and Garden City piers! There is a great beach restaurant next to our private parking lot. They have great food and drinks! The beach is directly across from our gate. Amenities available for guests to use while staying at our house are an indoor pool, outdoor pool, splash park, fitness center, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, horseshoes, baseball field, volleyball court, bocce, community center, library, fishing, surf fishing,

There is a golf course immediately across the street, restaurants within walking distance.
We are in between the Surfside and Garden City Piers across the street from the beach.

Home was great! Large enough for my big family. Had all the necessities. We loved the golf carts. Some of the amenities were not available the week we were there, but no fault of there own.

Family vaca

Great house for whole family. Both my adult children and their spouses as well as the grandkids. House was great as advertised, close to everything and golf carts were an awesome addition.

Great Home!

We had 3 generations, and the house was perfect for that. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved watching the turtles and swans in the canal at the back of the property. Having 2 golf carts is a definite plus. The owner was wonderful to work with. We had a problem with one of the cable TV boxes, and she had it taken care of immediately. It is a great home that made our vacation even more enjoyable.

Picture Perfect home big enough for all of the family. Just a short golf cart ride to the beach every day. Homeowner was amazing to work with and so helpful.

Great Family Vacay Location

Highlights of this property include the 2 golf garts, very responsive host, amazing AC, couches were incredibly comfortable, and clean spaces. Things that weren't 5 star: small TVs, sheets and towels were worn out (some stained), cleaners were still in house for about 30 min after check-in time. Overall, great experience that we would all reccomend!

Great house near the beach with golf carts

We had a joint family vacation (4 adults, 2 teens, 2 littles) and the house was great. 3 decks to hang out on (front rocking chairs, back deck with grill and awning if it rains, bottom floor screened in porch. Having golf carts includes were a big plus and we used them to get to the beach, outdoor pool area, grocery store, local Conch restaurant, and playground. An easy 25 minute drive to the big Myrtle Broadway area and tons of mini golf, gift shops, candy stores, and ice cream along the way. Seemed like a very safe area and we had no issues during our stay.

What a great place to stay !

This property was terrific for our beach/golf getaway ! Our host was very accessible and always responded very quickly! The gated community was a plus . We had a wonderful trip.

Great Vacation

We had a great time at this vacation home. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen is stocked appropriately, there was a crib and highchair for my daughter, and the golf carts were definitely a plus! The Owner Sherri was super attentive and when we had an issue with the bath tub not draining, she took care of it immediately. I would definitely stay at this house again!

Wonderful vaca

This home was more than we expected! Beautiful inside and out. With our variety in ages there was plenty of room for everyone to have plenty of private space and for us to enjoy each other. The golf carts were a great addition in getting us back and forth to the beach and pools. Hope to visit again

Even better than expected...

As I told the property owner, the house was perfect and better than expected - the website doesn't do it justice. It was the ideal setup for both kids and adults, with every amenity you could ask for. The property and furnishing were all clean, modern, and in good order. It's a very functional property/design allowing for good "together" time as well as for having a little "space" when desired. We appreciated being in a quiet area of the overall gated community. And while initially, we thought we'd prefer to be closer to the beach, we ended up loving where we were and very much enjoyed tootling around on the golf carts. The community's private beach parking & access were great - along with very helpful & friendly lifeguards who set up our chairs & umbrellas daily (available to rent). Having the Conch Café right beside made for easy food & frozen drinks when desired as well. We also enjoyed a break from the beach at the pool, along with the Wednesday ice cream social. Last, but not least, the property owner was a delight to work and converse with. Again, and in summary, we had a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful house

This house is very nice. It actually has two separate living areas. The downstairs is its own apartment with 2 bedrooms bathroom , living room small kitchen and great screened in porch. It’s not close to the beach but with the golf carts it wasn’t a huge deal. Nice outdoor and indoor pool. Good neighborhood. Nice and quiet, clean has beautiful ponds and streams. Has a private beach with parking for golf carts or cars so that’s nice. Definitely recommend to families who like they’re own space but with a great communal space too.

The pictures do not do justice!!

This is a very well equipped, beautiful home. I went on a couples trip for my birthday and everything was as listed. There were not TV's in every room which may be a problem for some, however all other amenities made up for that. Great stay and you don't want to miss!!! We are planning our next stay soon.
