Sandy Feet Retreat is a 4 bedroom home, with an additional sitting area that we use for a loft-style bedroom, that was designed especially for the family in mind. This home will comfortably sleep 14 people. Before purchasing this home, our family stayed in it for years. We fell in love with the location, the Anglers Villa community it is in and the home itself. This home is new to rental market and hasn't been rented in the past.

The home is situated on the corner lot, facing the marsh in a small community on a cobblestone street. The community is directly across the street from a public access with a very short walk to the beach. The area is very quiet and serene. The views of the marsh from the wrap around porch are amazing. A short golf cart ride away is the hotspot of Garden City, Sam's Corner along with the famous Garden City Pier, Our family loves spending the day on the beach and the evenings at the pier and visiting all the shops on Sam's corner.

U/S Bedroom 1: queen bed, shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with bedroom 2. This bedroom has a private entrance to the 2nd floor wrap around porch.
U/S Bedroom 2: queen bed, shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with bedroom 1.
U/S Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds, bathroom with tub/shower combo.
U/S sitting area (Loft): a queen sized bunk bed with a pull out trundle. This area is open but also includes a armoire for extra clothes storage and two chairs for sitting. It also has a tv with a large assortment of children's movies. This upstairs space also has an entrance to the 2nd floor wrap around porch.
