This magnificent home was built in 2015 and is immaculately appointed with the highest quality finishes and furnishings. At nearly 3200 square feet, this home offers 4 bedrooms (3 en-suite) plus a private loft/rec room, sleeping 12* comfortably. The open floor plan features a gourmet kitchen, dining area and spectacular great room with grand fireplace stretching all the way to vaulted ceiling. The main attraction though, is the 1500 square foot wrap-around deck with a fireplace, outdoor seating and a ping pong table for your enjoyment. The ultimate outdoor living experience!

This home's location offers easy access to everything the area has to offer. Northstar Ski Resort is a quick trip up Highway 267, with Kings Beach just beyond it along the way to the Lake Tahoe. Downtown Truckee is a short drive for dining, shopping, and year-round activities. Gray's Crossing Golf Course is right next door, making it easy to head out for a round whenever you'd like.

*Please note, while there are beds for 13 guests, the max occupancy is 10. Exceptions may be made, upon approval, for additional children or adults for an additional rate.
