Why rent a hotel room when you can enjoy a private cottage (king size bed) with a well-equipped kitchen, coffee bar, and dry bar. Off the screened-in porch is a private hot tub for two. Just steps away is a semi-private pool.

Located in a private HOA within Tan-Tar-A Estates, this wooded cottage community has a pool serving 15 houses available during the summer season. A stairway from the community parking pad winds down a hill past several cottages to the Love Shack. Formerly a clubhouse for the cottage community and now a private home, the screened-in porch of our spacious getaway (900 square feet) is located at the edge of the swimming pool with a view of the 7th fairway.

The open design main living area features a sectional sofa, dry bar, dining area, and well equipped kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, flour, sugar, salt, pepper, oils, spices and cooking essentials including a coffee bar. Smart t.v.’s are located in both the living area and bedroom plus free WIFI is available. Bedroom features a king size bed. Washer and dryer are just off the kitchen. Propane grill is available. General amenities also include linens, towels, hair dryer, soap, lotion, shampoo, hair conditioner, and climate control. Keyless entry makes check in and check out easy. Tan-Tar-A’s two swimming pools (mid-May through mid-September) are also available to our renters. Be certain to bring your own beach towels for use at the swimming pool and lake.

Margaritaville Resort is just ½ a mile away with additional indoor and outdoor swimming pools, dining options, bars, shopping, lake access, boat and slip rentals, golf, and miniature golf (separate fees for Margaritaville amenities).
