Sitting right on lake Erie, from two balconies you can sip your coffee while watching the sunrise off of the beautiful lake, or close out your evening with drinks and solstice and a breeze that will make you love summer. This is a second floor condo with stairs, and spectacular views of the lake and lake activities.

Walking distance from Jet Express, Docks Boat House, Area marina's, downtown event and party activities. 10 minute drive from area breweries located at Catawba, as well as the miller ferry to Put in bay. The sun rises on this condo from the east bringing in warmth and sunshine to start your day touring, or taking in the area.

Living room space features private screened in balcony, with Pull out memory foam sleeper sofa, as well as sitting for up to 6 people, while the dining space sits near the round window overlooking the lake, with seating for 4-6 people.

The large bedroom has it's own privacy balcony next to the lake. Roku TV's in all spaces, as well as a fire place that can be used for warmth, or display.

Kitchen comes with all the amenities of home, featuring everything from a pasta drainer to cutlery, and spices.

Outdoor pool is available throughout the season, as well as hot tub and club house.

Great little spot on Lake Erie
Came with a group of friends for the solar eclipse…this little condo was perfect for just me and just down the street from the family condo at Lakeside where my friends were staying. Port Clinton was a cute little town full of friendly locals.

This is a squeaky clean one bedroom apartment that is just perfect for our annual stay. I have utilized this unit for several years and always look forward to returning. I hope to continue utilizing it for the forseeble future. Thank you very much

Wonderful family vacation!
My family had the best time at this condo! The check-in and check-out process was simple and straight forward. The condo was very clean, accommodating, had charming décor, and a beautiful view of the lake! Kitchen had many cooking utensils and a Keurig. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which was especially a nice amenity/perk after swimming. The unit is very close to the pool, so that was a nice convenience. Pool area was clean. Bedroom bed has a soft mattress - mattresses are always a matter of personal preference. There are two balconies - one screened. Both were so pleasant to read/sip wine/sip coffee/etc. and take in the view. Condo complex was very quiet and enjoyable - family friendly. Location of unit is close to all that the area offers. My family enjoyed the long sidewalk right outside the unit for walking lakeside each morning. The owners were very kind and hospitable. Overall, I am so thankful for the time me and my family had at Port Clinton and this lovely condo!

This is a darling little place. Good location and so nice that it has some little basic things (condiments, coffee, etc.) available. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Nice condo. Owners provided some amenities that are usually not included (coffee, paper towels, spices and other condiments, etc). Condo was very clean. We did not like the lack of privacy with the bathroom barn door and the lack of a nice table/ chairs set for at least one of the balconies.

Fabulous home away from home
We had a fantastic experience staying in Port Clinton. The property was clean, cute and comfortable. Communication with Derek and Stephen was fantastic. They were helpful in navigating the property, and suggesting things to do in the area. If I was to visit the area again, I would definitely stay here. It's close to a few restaurants, has a view of the water, pool access and sooo cute and clean! Can't stress that enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect Port Clinton
This condo was perfect for my 4 yo daughter and me to stay in while visiting family and meeting up with friends in Port Clinton. The building location is easy to get to and the apartment is up just 1 floor (a few small sets of stairs). The place has everything we needed to start the day on the balcony with a cup of coffee and take multiple trips to the pool (really appreciated being able to dry pool towels in the dryer every day). I’ll definitely recommend this unit to anyone in know traveling to Port Clinton and I’ll be looking for it on VRBO next time I return to visit family.

The condo was extremely clean, cozy, and close to everything we were looking to do up near Catawba and Put in Bay. The extras like “condiments” and stocked coffee was a nice surprise to see.

Absolutely amazing!!!
The place was immaculately clean, easy to get to, quiet environment, beautiful and inviting pool, and just all around, an amazing place to visit. The view is beautiful, along with the porch swing which I could not get my daughter out of! We enjoyed ourselves so much, whether we were there at the condo or out exploring and this condo is just a short drive to some pretty fun things: Put-in-Bay ferry, Marblehead (which is stunning to say the least), Catawba Park. We enjoyed every bit of it. And the beds (including the pull out couch) were so comfortable! Hard to beat this place so we will be returning as soon as we can. Thank you also, and probably most importantly, for your communication and excellent customer service skills!

Excellent stay.
Derek very friendly and helpful with responding to any questions we had. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated just as in the photos. Pleasant surprise Derek had left us eggs, breakfast items, drinks and many condiments. It was our home away from home for a week. Would not hesitate to stay at this condo again.
