Seulement 14 miles à Davis Besse Plant. Les jardins de la copropriété sont très bien entretenus. Garde de sécurité en service pendant les mois d'été. Piscine et bain à remous toujours propre et a un accès direct au lac Érié. Vous pouvez vous asseoir sur le porche et profiter de la vue et les couchers de soleil que les îles du lac Érié ont à offrir. Cinq minutes de route à bord du Jet Express qui vous amène à Put in Bay, Kelleys Island. Miller Ferry est à quinze minutes de route et vous pouvez aller à Bass Island Moyen. Détendez-vous, profitez de la famille et des amis et aller à la plage! Partir à Cedar Point, au Camp Perry ou travailler à la centrale électrique de Perry, ce condo est à proximité de tous! Désolé, pas d'animaux autorisés.

Off season for work

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! I would love to be there during the season because it's such a beautiful area. The condo was very well equipped and the host is very accommodating. It's definitely a place I would go back to. Great views and nice community.

Wonderful Stay!

The unit is great and meets any need you may have. The grounds and amenities are absolutely fantastic! Elise was so accommodating and is willing to do whatever is necessary to make sure you have a great stay! We will definitely be returning for another visit.

Second Stay

This was our second time staying here and still no complaints. The weather was warmer this visit being late June. The property, both condo and outdoor areas, is well taken care of. Definitely recommended.

Great location, convenient and tranquil. Enjoyed the stay. Very well equipped. Only complaint would be that the bed is very hard. Spent the first night in the bed then resorted to the couch for the rest of the trip.

Review of the property

Everything was Great! We all enjoyed the pool, balcony, and lake view. The only complaint would be that there was pet hair scattered throughout the condo.

Wonderful trip!

We rented this condo for a sporting event we were attending in Sandusky (two adults, one teen). The property was perfect for our small family. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and the property overall. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the outdoor areas are beautiful. The property is close to shopping, public beach and the marina with easy access to the highway. Elise was kind enough to recommend a great fishing charter for one of the days we were there and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was a perfect short trip for our family and we’re already talking about planning another. Quite simply - an amazing place to stay!

Condo Rental 1 bedroom

Property was clean and taken care of. Pool area is beautiful and landscsping is Out of this world. So beautiful. Only thing I found i didn't care for were the sheets and Barhroom towels which i mentioned to the Owner. Kitchen is all new beautiful cabinets Good appliances and clean. I would stay Again if they would get bettet bedding and Nicer towels for bathing.

Getaway in Ohio!

Our stay was wonderful! Communication with the owner was well appreciated, questions answered in a timely manner. The condo was clean and updated, the cabinets had everything we needed. It was nice to have some basic spices, plastic storage containers, The view of Lake Erie was amazing! The grounds of the Resort very clean and well maintained. There was some construction while we were there but it did not affect us as we were busy around town. Fishing and Cedar Point were on our list, both successful! It was enjoyable to return from our excusions to a "home" vs a hotel room. We look forward to another stay!

Beautiful view, great location, but...

The view and the grounds were excellent! The pool is very nice and the grounds are both beautiful and well maintained. The location was perfect. Lots to do. Elise was excellent - very responsive and accommodating. The unit is very dated and the room air conditioners made it very uncomfortable with the mid-90's temperatures. With the air conditioning and the uncomfortable bed it was difficult to sleep. All the drawers and closet were filled and there wasn't anywhere to store our clothes. With the inadequare electrical system, the circuit breaker kicked off the air when we used the iron.

Our unit has 2 wall air conditioning units - and 2 floor fans for use during stay. We are at condo now and temps still in 90’s the bedroom temp is 69 degrees. Most units here only have 1 room air conditioner. The closet has 20 hangers and shelving unit in it has the towels and extra sheets and comforters for our unit; we want to make sure rental guests have all they need during stay. We have extra blankets in dresser drawers (only using 3 drawers) there are 10 open drawers for guests to store their clothes in. Our condos were built in the 80’s so if you have all the ceiling and floor fans on with tv’s on and computers and cell phones gaming systems all charging ; yes it could cause breaker to trip which is sign too much electric is being used due to age of our units. Beautiful Grounds, Electrical Issues

The grounds are beautiful and the pool area was very nice. Several owners we spoke to welcomed us and took pride owning here - said the Board and management company are very good. For the unit, we were surprised to learn that using the microwave flips the breaker and a number of outlets, lights, the TV and AC unit in the living room don’t work. Elise was responsive when contacted, but in its current condition (a bit outdated) and with the electrical problems I would not recommend for an entire week stay.

Scott, when you texted me on this issue I immediately called you to remedy the situation. Once you told me everything you had on (both TV’s, both air conditioner units, all the kitchen lights and fans, hallway light and bathroom light and closet light) then u went to use microwave and that’s when everything shut off- I immediately told you it was the breaker and told you where it was located. I told you that was way too much electric being used at the same time; our units were built in 1984. I know you had children with you not sure if they had gaming units with them plus all the cell phones being used and charged at the same time. I’m sorry you felt our unit was “dated” as the kitchen was all redone with new flooring throughout and in living room. Last year we got a $4,000 couch with queen pullout. This year we updated deck furniture and mounted the TV’s on wall to add more space in our unit also put new thermostats in. We are always updating different areas each year but again it’s not a “new build” and that’s what gives our complex its charm. We are the only complex with such beautiful grounds and patio with fountain and water fountains . We also have direct lake access and tennis courts and pickleball with a beautiful pool and hot tub. Beautiful condo- must visit!

My husband and I came for a weekend away and we were not disappointed! Even more beautiful in person vs the pictures. Our condo had an excellent view of the lake and pool. It's in a secure gated community, with a personal parking garage spot! We loved this! Balcony is nice to sit and have coffee or relax in the evening! The condo is equipped with all the basic amenities for a short or longer stay- towels, hand and dish soap, dishes, silverware and pots and pans... Just remember to bring coffee, shampoo, body wash etc! We kinda forgot! Lol Evening is so close by 10-20 minute drive... Marblehead, Jet Express, LOTS of good places to visit and eat nearby! Will DEFINITELY come back when we visit the area again! Thanks Elise!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable.

We were there in late September so it was a bit too chilly to enjoy the outdoor areas but the view was nice. The condo had all the kitchen items that we needed which saved us a lot of trouble. The manager was polite and provided a list of places to go nearby. We enjoyed the quiet times there between our activities. We'll definitely consider it again if we are ever back in the area.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Our complex is a pristine "resort" as it is properly maintained and we do have rules to keep it that way. You will be expected to register with security on grounds and only people listed on VRBO contract are allowed on premises; if not followed you will need to vacate premises immediately and you will loose your security deposit. From the beautiful new fire-pit area to our pool and hot tub there are many activities for adults and their children to enjoy in this area. Every year we always spend a day at Put-in-Bay and rent a golf cart to cruise the island. The 1 -bedroom condo sleeps four and was just all redone a couple years ago! There is a queen bed, pull-out twin bed in loveseat and a blow-up mattress for sleeping arrangements; or a comfy couch. You can walk to Downtown area (Madison Street) where they have live bands every night except Monday and Wed. evenings and many restaurants in area. Public Beach is a 5 minute walk along with a park for children.

Good vacation for couples and families and walking distance from food, public beach, city park and downtown area of Port Clinton where there are free concerts ( Thursday -Sat) and it is an outdoor designated outdoor refreshment area and food sold to enjoy your evening.
