Great Location petite famille. terrasse couverte meublé énorme pour asseoir et profiter de relaxation sons du ressac toute la soirée et brise fraîche dans l'après-midi. Chambre 0ne a 2 lits simples, deux chambres a 1 lit. Environ 9 maisons de la plage. Très calme de LBI- pas de trafic et beaucoup de plage déserte. Holgate est d'environ cinq minutes en voiture du centre-ville Beachhaven, assez près pour les enfants de monter là-bas des vélos. Très belle location. Trafic léger, sécuritaire pour les enfants. Coin magasin avec épicerie.
Pont extérieur inclut un nouveau siège d'amour amorti, 3 chaises surdimensionnées, table basse - zone griller du pont comprend 2 chaises longues 4 places assises. Fleurs et plantes ajoutent à ce domaine d'implantation accueillant - pluie ou le soleil. Couverture joint douche extérieure. badges de plage. système de jeu pour les enfants. Surf de pêche. Regarder le surf en a. m. et p. m. Bay accès petite plage pour beachcombing et bateau à regarder.

Great couples spot!

What a great spot! The covered deck is as great as advertised! The best nights were sitting underneath the awning with a bottle of wine while the rain poured down. Definitely a spot that requires a return trip!

Great Getaway

This second floor walk up was ideal for my husband and I. We enjoyed the solitude of the neighborhood. Easy access to beach and bay. Accommodations were clean and well equipped. Would hope to stay again in future visits to LBI.

Highly recommend!

The home was cute, well kept, and had everything we needed! The deck area was huge and we loved that we were able to spend so much time outside when we were home. Robert was easy to get ahold of and very responsive to messages leading up to and throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Getaway

Stayed for a week. Convenient location to restaurants and the beach with great walk-ability. Little deli shop on the corner. Ice cream within walking distance. Tennis and pickleball courts not far. Close to playgrounds for the little ones. Porch was the highlight - was able to read and nap when it rained. Comes with gas grill and plenty of hoses to wash off. Would stay again.

Great stay!

We love Holgate and this condo was so close to the beach and bay. Sunsets and dinner on the beautiful deck, even when raining, was so relaxing and peaceful. Kitchen was much larger than appeared in photos as well as the room with the twin beds. Plenty of space inside and out.

Beautiful property

Nice and very clean apartment, well stuffed kitchen, with all the essentials,half a block from beach. Amazing, three zone patio with awning! Very responsive host, Robert always answered almost immediately!

Wonderful vacation

My friends and I couldn't have had a better time. I spent my summers as a child on LBI. It had been a few years since I had vacationed on LBI. It was such a blessing to have found this gem of a property. It is in Holgate which is on the southern-most tip of the island. We wanted a place that was quiet where we could just chill out and enjoy the beach. That is exactly what we did. Robert and Beth were excellent hosts of this property. The inside of the 2nd floor apartment was small, but clean and had the beachy vibe that we grew up with down on LBI. The covered deck was amazing and is where we spent our time after coming back from the beach. The convenience of an outdoor shower was a plus. We will definitely come back. Thank you Robert and Beth for sharing your home with us.

This house was in a great location. It was clean, everything in good working order, and we had no issues at all. The owners were super nice & I would definitely return again.

The rental unit was very nice, the outdoor patio was the best part. The kitchen worked well too, however, wish it had a dishwasher and an oven. A washer/dryer would have been great too. Overall, it was a good first experience.

Beach bliss

This rental’s interior is small. There is no question about that. However, the covered deck easily doubles the living space. A picnic table was added which permitted us to eat our meals outside. Even during a rain shower, we were able to sit outside. We were seeking a calm and private location and this is exactly what we got.

Peaceful, quiet and family oriented.

We very much enjoyed our stay as a family. The unit was extremely comforting and welcoming. The property is located in a quiet and peaceful area with a close walk to the beach and a cozy little food shop on the corner. Robert and Beth were responsive and more than helpful with all questions we had. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency, still, the owners were accommodating to our needs. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay.

Great place close to the beach!

This place is excellent. The large covered deck is the perfect place to hang out after a long day at the beach (only a block away). Inside is clean and well maintained. Owner is easy to communicate with and friendly. Thanks for a great week!

Great spot, nice and quiet

Cozy spot right at the end of the island. I've been vacationing in Holgate for more than 20 years and this is perfect for a couple or family with 1-2 kids. As others have noted, the enormous covered porch is the greatest attraction -- among other things, it made being social with friends a breeze during the summer of Covid, as there is plenty of space and seating for folks to not be on top of eachother. Kitchen area is tiny, but you'll end up eating on the patio anyway, so no complaints. The property owners are wonderful and very responsive. Thanks for a great summer vacation!

Great home with amazing outdoor space in Holegate

My sister and I stayed here for a week and would definitely come back! The home was perfect for us and provided everything we needed. It's at the end of the island with easy access to the beach and beautiful sunsets on the bay and southern tip of the island. We enjoyed much of our time outside on the very large patio. It's massive! There's an outdoor couch and and chairs covered by awning, as well as a very large picnic table and grill. We had to work during our stay, and that was also easy with good wifi and various places to sit (inside and out). It's quiet on the end of the island (which we like), but easy to ride bikes or drive into Beach Haven for a bit more excitement. This home provided the perfect relaxing getaway we needed. Thank you for sharing your home.

Amazing vacation
