We loved our stay here at this cozy and perfect cottage. Close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants,kid activities and shopping. The cottage had everything we needed (including beach chairs and umbrella!) Especially loved the front porch to have coffee on in the morning and relax after the beach. We hope to return again!

Very nice stay. Great location near mini golf, restaurants, ice cream and anything else you could need. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings and the short walk to the beach.

Great location!

This property was located close to the beach as well as close to shops, mini golf and ice cream. The bay was also a short walk with a nice dock to fish. The house was the perfect size for our family of four.

This beach house is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. The lock box allows individual family members to check in and out of the house with ease without carrying a key. The kitchen is well stocked as we cooked every meal trying to keep our expenses low.

Well Stocked Beach Bungalow

Because we like to eat-in, we found the kitchen well stocked. It was a plus using a gas stove and having the washer/dryer so handy. Even though water leaked from an upstairs shower into the livingroom, it was handled in a timely fashion. We were surprised at the small size of the parking area, but no neighbors complained that our truck stuck out into the street. Having an outside shower and 4 beach badges was a plus. Overall, we would rent here again since it is a quick walk to the beach.

Down the Shore

I highly recommend this lovely beach house! I don’t think you could ask for a better location. We are able to quickly get to the beach, and it was a short walk to the bay for the wonderful sunsets… there’s mini golf, ice cream, restaurants all in walking distance. Just a short drive to Beach Haven for the water park, fantasy Island and more shopping. The house is comfy cozy & well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Rose Mary sent a welcome letter with everything you needed to know and was quick to respond if you had any questions. We hope to come back again next year. I can’t tell you how many beach houses I have rented throughout the years on Long Beach Island and we found a keeper!

What a wonderful stay!

This is probably the 15th house we've rented on all parts of the island and it was one of our favorites. It's a cute little bungalow and the main floor is spacious and efficient. The bedrooms are small but we'll-appointed with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. But the best part is the outdoor space with a covered porch in the front where we spend hours and hours and a covered area in the back with comfy chairs and a great outdoor shower. And it's literally a 5-minute walk to gorgeous sandy beach with lifeguards from 10 am - 6 pm each day. Plenty of space to park two cars BUT on-street parking is hard to find unless you watch for someone to drive away and grab a space. Kitchen is well equipped but it could use a bit of updating perhaps. Overall, we loved staying there and would definitely consider renting again next summer.

Great LBI Vacation

We had the best week in LBI! Our weather was amazing and the house/ location was perfect for our family! We especially enjoyed the porch. The only thing that we would have changed was the huge hill to get to and from the beach. That was tough! Lol

Second visit

This is our second year and we plan to keep coming back! Such a cute and clean place on the beach block and walking distance to so many places in ship bottom. Easy drive to beach haven and surf city. Front porch and backyard are great for hanging out before and after the beach.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay in this immaculate home. Plenty of room and Rosemary provided every necessity that you need for a perfect beach vacation. The location is ideal just steps to the beach. We will definitely plan on being back.

Great location, clean & comfortable LBI house

We love this LBI house....very clean, comfortable, nice big kitchen and family room space. A/C and TVs in each room. Really nice location on beach block, about 100 yds walk to a beautiful and clean beach, and can do nice walks in downtown Ship Bottom, too. :)

Great week

We had such a great week. The place was very clean and comfortable. The best park was location- we were able to walk everywhere including beach, bay, shops, Ice cream. Restaurants were close enough to walk but we just did takeout/delivery and cooked at home due to covid-19. We will probably book again For next year!

Everything We Could Have Hoped For

This property was everything we could have hoped for. Besides being immaculately clean, it was almost perfectly located in the Ship Bottom section of LBI. The beach was on one end of the block, and shops and restaurants on the other. The owner was very easy to deal with and responsive with the one small issue we had. We would absolutely stay here again, and can't recommend it highly enough.

Great little place!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Rosemary’s home! It’s the perfect size for a family of 4, and even two additional guests. Beach badges were great, and they have beach chairs so we didn’t need to bring our own. If you re looking for a home and not a house, I highly recommend this one. Rosemary was responsive and great to deal with! We will be back!

Perfect beach cottage

Stayed here for a week in June. Adorable, immaculate, comfortable home. This location is within easy walking distance to the beach and bay, where we enjoyed sunsets almost every evening. The front porch was awesome! We enjoyed our coffee there in the morning and cocktails in the evening! We cooked in most nights and the kitchen was well equipped. Great private backyard also! Do not hesitate to stay here. You will not be disappointed and Rosemary was a pleasure to deal with!

Clean and close to everything

We were a party of 4, me my husband and 2 toddlers! When we arrived we were pleased at how clean everything was. It also had a well equipped kitchen. The space was perfect for our small family. We we so close to the beach which was great with all we have to carry for the little ones. We could also walk to the local bakeries and stores. I didn't deduct a star for this because it was still a great stay, but neither of the BBQ grills seemed to be working. Perhaps we were doing it wrong but my husband couldn't get either to turn on. But there were plenty of pots and pans in the kitchen to make our food so it turned out fine.

Wonderful house!

We have been renting a house at LBI for the past 4 years and this hands down has been the best house and location. The house had nice upgrades and beautiful decor. As well as the location can't be beat. 7 houses from the beach. Cafe, ice cream, mini golf and much more all in walking distance. My 4year old twins had such a great time and didn't want to leave. We will defiantly be renting again next year if available.
