We stayed at Tinna’s place with our children for a vacation in VA beach, and to visit family. The place was clean, spacious, accommodating, and the kitchen was well-stocked with ample cookware for everything we needed to dine in, as well as grill outside. The ac worked great and we had a very comfortable stay.

Perfect for our needs

Property was as described, and fit our needs well. Proximity to the convention center and beach was perfect. Communication with the hosts was quick and pleasant. Definitely recommend

Work Extended Stay

Stayed here for extended stay work trip (5 months). Tinna was very easy to communicate with and checked on us frequently. House was very nice, conveniently located and perfect for us!

Great Location, Not So Great Rules

Clean and spacious, our family had a great time here. However, there was a rule that we were not aware of and it was quiet hours after 9pm even on the weekends. Made for boring nights on a week long vacation. There were several things that were broken, but that was no big deal. The bugs on the back patio were a problem at night. The location made up for everything.

Virginia Beach experience

The property is very conveniently located - close enough to the beach while away from the noise. Very spacious. Enjoyed grilling on the back porch on a rainy day when we couldn’t go to the beach.

Great family home, close to the beach & all that Virginia Beach has to offer!

Wonderful Host/ easy to communicate with. Very clean/ beautiful home. Close to everything you could possibly want to experience in Virginia Beach & surrounding areas. Only draw back; which really wasn't even a concern for us, were the close neighbors. One the house rule is quite hours after 9pm to 8am on the gorgeous back deck. Again, this didn't impact our trip whatsoever & we understood why, just something to be aware of. Other than that we would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Tinna for being such a great host! Great location!

This house was perfect! Far enough away from the traffic and excitement of the beach but close enough to drive there every day. There is a grocery store just 3 minutes away. The back patio was such a delight! The manager answered right away with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

Last minute plans.....

Was in need of a place last minute and ms. Tinna was able to come thru! We absolutely loved the neighborhood and how close it was to the beach...literally a couple of minutes! The amenities (boogie boards, floats and even bikes to move around together) My daughter was graduating from Cox high school (in va beach) and when she stayed over she felt like she was somewhere else even though we were in her backyard. Thank you for a beautiful place to help me celebrate a special time with my family! I will be back!
