This is a unique opportunity to stay in the heart of the VIBE District. Walk to the beach and your favorite coffee shop or restaurant, this cozy cottage is just three blocks from the Virginia Beach Sports Center, the Convention Center and Boardwalk. 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath - Perfect for a Family Vacation!!

We want our guest to have their privacy but we are always available via message through the app, text or calls on the number provided.

We have private parking available directly behind our Beach Cottage!!

We know you are on vacation and we wanted to you to enjoy your time at our Beach Cottage. We don’t have a long list of chores at checkout - we will take care of the dishes, laundry and trash. Your job is to have a great time ?!!

Stayed 3 nights for a youth wrestling event. We would absolutely stay again (and pribably will)! Communication couldnt have been any better

The stay was okay. There was a musty smell in the house as soon as you enter. Possibly plumbing issues under the house. Really strong in the laundry room. The light bulb was out on the back entry and the toaster oven did not work.

Fun Family Vacation

This was a perfect home for our family vacation. We had 3 adults and 2 children staying there. The beds were comfortable & everything was clean. A notebook at the house described places in the neighborhood and once we found the Bakery named Prosperity we found ourselves walking there several times a day! There is construction surrounding the house so getting to the ocean required a bit of zigging and zagging around the block, but we managed. Walking the neighborhood was lovely and safe. Bike riding was safe and easy too.

The house was nice. The olnly thing is that when entering the property it was a musty smell. I would suggest using a air purifier.

Cute house + great rate / Construction ongoing hindered location amenities

This was the cutest house - super clean inside and comfortable! The location really is ideal, however, with ongoing construction of a parking structure during our stay (between the house and the oceanfront), we had to walk two blocks over in either direction to travel the three blocks to the oceanfront. Not normally an issue, but one in our group had an existing knee injury, and an updated description in the listing would have been helpful to non-locals. A few surrounding blocks also aren't quite as cute as most of the Vibe District. Parking area is ideal for two cars, but it can fit three if they're on the smaller side.
