The lanai with no-see-um screens, has wonderful water views overlooking a serene preserve area and pond to enjoy the mornings and evenings. Also available in unit are beach towels and beach chairs for a fun day at the beach!
Located in the beautiful Giaveno Circle sub-community, just steps away from our building is outdoor Gas Grills and beautiful neighborhood satellite pool with Picnic Area to enjoy a favorite meal. Building has an elevator. You are conveniently located within walking distance to the Golf clubhouse, recreation facilities and Clubhouse Grill restaurant. Treviso Bay boasts amenities galore such as a state-of-the-art fitness center with instructor led classes and trainers, a full service spa, an amazing resort style pool and a multi lane lap pool. The course (Arthur Hills & Hal Sutton designed) provides a PGA TOUR-caliber course that's set up to challenge the most accomplished golfer to the casual "grip it and rip it" player with it 6 sets of tee boxes. The additional array of amenities, the personalized service and outstanding privileges that have become synonymous with the PGA TOUR’s acclaimed TPC Network of clubs.

Depending on length of stay, a one time transfer fee will be applied, you will have access to the Social Membership. You can visit the two restaurants in the community, use the pools, the fitness room, the tennis and pickle ball courts and all the other amenities, excluding golf.

If you would like to enjoy the Golf amenities during your stay a separate $250 transfer fee will be applied.

Naples offers first class medical facilities, shopping, art events, bike paths and has local attractions for your entertainment. The Naples Zoo, Botanical Gardens Airboat rides and more are all close by. The Ft Meyers airport is an easy 45 min drive on I-75. We look forward to hosting your stay!
