Ce spacieux condo est disponible à la location à la semaine, le mois ou plus. L'unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Les suites de maître dispose d'un lit king size, 2ème chambre a un lit queen et la 3ème chambre a deux lits jumeaux. L'unité dispose d'un canapé-lit king size dans le salon. Il y a une télévision écran plat dans chaque chambre avec vue, lac et terrain de golf. La piscine, court de tennis et le restaurant de Sam Snead sont à seulement quelques minutes. Situé à Lely Resort and Country Club et offre parcours de golf: Mustang Golf Course et le Flamingo Island Course conçu par Robert Jones St et Lee Trevino. Le Resort offre Clubhouse et Pro Shop, 2 courts de tennis, piscine chauffée et jacuzzi spa, à 15 minutes à Marco Island et 10 miles à Plages Naples. taux de Hors saison est hebdomadaire.

Cet endroit est idéal pour tous les milieux de vie! Il suffit d'apporter votre brosse à dents, maillot de bain et clubs de golf et profiter de la bonne vie! Désolé, pas d'animaux autorisés par le HOA.

Beautiful condo! Very comfortable and lovely views of the pond and golf course. So convenient to be able to park right in front and not have to deal with any stairs. Carsten was an excellent host, very accommodating and communicative. We hope to stay there again next time we’re in Naples!

We fell in love with the Lely Resort that is located to many great areas! The pool area, pickleball courts and Sam Smeads were so nice to have close by. We highly recommend renting from Carsten as he was extremely pleasant to work with. We look forward to our next visit!

Florida Getaway!!

Our stay was awesome!! The condo was as described in the listing and we loved the location. Pool area was so fun for the littles as well. We did a lot of beach days and it was really helpful that the condo had all the supplies we needed to have perfect beach days (i.e., chairs, umbrellas, cooler and beach towels). Owner was very easy to contact and also very prompt with replies. Lely Resort is our Florida favorite vacation spot. Close to everything and easy to get around.

Naples in February

We had a great time at the condo and in Naples. Condo was perfect for us and pool was great! Two awesome golf courses within walking distance and a great restaurant! So many things to see and so we will be back next year. Carsten is a great host and so timely with his communication.

Condo is comfortable and well positioned on the golf course. But the most impressive aspect…the owner. We evacuated Sarasota thanks to Milton. Owner has understanding and flexible as we waited to hear if our home was still standing. Can’t say enough about his kindness.
