Nestled on a dead end street you're less than a 7 minute walk to Broadway’s cafe's/ restaurant row and about a 10 minute walk to the start of Newport’s historic downtown Thames St. You’ll find boutique shops & waterfront dining in/near Bowen & Banister’s Wharf.
Spending the day at the beach?
- 1st Beach(Easton) -7 min drive.
- 2nd Beach(Sachuset) -13 min drive.

The main level offers beautiful coffered ceilings, an open-concept fully stocked kitchen/dining area with a built-in corner nook overlooking the lush backyard. There's a hanging chair placed between the living room and dining room beside the bar cart, perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances with an inviting entry to the fenced in backyard. You’ll find a newly built outdoor shower - great for a refreshing rinse after a day at the beach or a surf session. A pergola sits on a slate stone patio complete with a table and chairs - we offer a Weber grill. A great spot for your sunset dinners with the glow from the hanging lights.

The 2nd story has a newly remodeled full bathroom with a restored clawfoot tub and brushed gold accents throughout. Also on the second level are 3 bedrooms each with a closet and small dresser. Each bedroom has a queen bed and A/C unit.

- 2 bedrooms have a closet and small dresser.
- 1 bedroom has garment rack/shelf - no closet.

We will provide a complimentary round of coffee pods while you get settled in.

We will provide towels & the following linens:
1 comforter per bed
1 set of sheets per bed (1 fitted, 1 flat and 2 pillowcases)

Don’t worry about parking - there's a private driveway for 2 cars—an amenity few other Newport properties provide.

Other things to note:
Off of bedroom #1 is a locked storage room for host use only. Do not tamper with or attempt to enter.

We DO NOT offer cable, only WIFI and a Roku TV.
