Unwind in style at this modern 2-bedroom, 1-bath home located just 1.2 miles from downtown Colorado Springs. As the last house on a quiet street, you’ll enjoy unmatched privacy and serenity—ideal for a relaxing getaway or a focused work-from-home stay. Savor your morning coffee in the fully equipped kitchen, or take a short stroll to explore charming coffee shops and local restaurants nearby. We take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully curated stay.

The space

We’re so glad you’re considering our cozy, modern retreat—perfect for couples or business travelers seeking peace and quiet at the end of a secluded dead-end road, just 1.2 miles from downtown Colorado Springs.

Our property hosts two private vacation rentals—this unit and a 2-person studio above the garage. Each has its own entrance and coded entry, with no shared walls for maximum privacy. While guests in the studio may pass by the patio to access their unit, interaction is rare, and in all our years of hosting, privacy has never been an issue.

Enjoy the shared hot tub and outdoor areas, surrounded by stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the fully equipped kitchen or exploring nearby cafĂ©s and trails, this space is designed to help you unwind and feel at home.

We provide driveway parking for this unit, while studio guests park on the street. Bedrooms include room-darkening curtains to ensure restful sleep.

Beautiful House and Wonderful Stay

This home is beautiful and had the perfect amount of space for our family. We enjoyed the spacious yard and hot tub!! The beds were amazing and bedrooms were perfect for our family of four.
