Beautiful and clean! Has everything you would need for your stay. Plenty of room for a large family gathering. Very nice host communication! Highly recommend.

The house was clean and plenty of room for eight of us, nice to have a garage to use. The owner stopped by at check in to see if we needed anything. The layout of the bathroom on the first floor is different, with the sink and shower off the bedroom and the toilet in a room in the hall . Nice to have a hot tub and plenty of outside areas to use. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The host was incredibly accommodating, and the home was pristine, tidy, and welcoming. It made our vacation truly special for my wife and children. We highly recommend this location and would happily stay here again in the future.

The house is perfect. We were a group of 6, traveling with small children. We were all very comfortable, loved the neighborhood and the surroundings. The location gave us easy access to all the things we needed. Beds and Bathrooms were excellent. We even got a visit from Deer and squirrels in the morning which started the day in a special fashion. The Host, Mr Zoltan, was extremely attentive and Empathetic. He went above and beyond to make sure that things were not just great, but excellent.

We’ve stayed in several vacation rental properties in COS the last four years. Due to a late changes to our previous arrangements, our booking was closer to our travel dates than planned; although we were happy to find a place, based on comparative value, we felt this property was overpriced. POSITIVES Host phenomenal. Very communicative, responsive & helpful. He corrected minor issues during our stay in a timely fashion. Comfortable bedsEverything needed in the kitchen (we cook a lot!)Plenty of hot waterUse of garage was great!POTENTIALSProperty felt “not quite ready” - renovations inside & out seemed incompleteLayout smaller and less convenient than it appeared in photos. Neighborhood felt like maybe it was in the process of being revitalized, but not quite there yet. The neighbors woke us up with a loud alteration in the middle of one night that resulted in police presence.

Thank you for your feedback. We respect all guest reviews and use them to continually improve our property. However, I would like to clarify a few points for future guests who may read this review. Regarding the price, this stay was during a long holiday weekend, and our rate was competitively priced for the Colorado Springs area for a four-bedroom home with the amenities we provide. We were surprised by the comment that the property felt “not quite ready.” The home was recently completely remodeled and updated, and we would have appreciated knowing specifically what appeared unfinished so that we could address it. Since opening in May 2026, we have hosted many groups and families, and all of our other guest reviews to date have been 10/10. Guests have consistently been very satisfied with the home and the amenities as advertised and pictured. We are sorry that a disturbance involving neighbors occurred during one night of the stay. Unfortunately, an isolated incident outside the property and beyond our control can happen in any neighborhood. We do appreciate the very positive comments about our communication, responsiveness, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, hot water, and garage. We will also carefully inspect the property again to make sure that even the smallest details are taken care of for future guests.

I want to explain my rating. The home was exactly as described. It met our needs and it was in a convenient location. Most of my concerns/issues were able to be overcome - so I encourage you to rent this home. But there were some things that we needed help with and there were small issues.We arrived much later than anticipated - because our flight was delayed. At 12:15 we found out that the door entry code didn't work - it was incorrect in the information we received. after about 15 minutes the situation was resolved but we almost spent the night in a hotel because we couldn't get into the house.The internet and wifi codes were switched in our information - but after our experience with an incorrect door code, we figured they were reversed and the issue was resolved.I got stuck in my bedroom when I closed the door - as the wood was swollen - but my friend freed me when she heard me calling.The ice machine in the refridgerator was clogged - so ice spilled all over the floor when we opened the freezer door to investigate.The linens and sheets were acceptible but weren't the softness of those at your home or at other VRBOs we've stayed in.the owner was very receptive. But the quality of the furnishings, the linens, etc was not a rating of 10.The place met our needs and it was convenient. I would probably stay there again - a fair price for the accomodation - but not the luxury of some of the other VRBO homes we've stayed in.

We loved the property and hospitality. Host is very kind, welcoming and he made sure we have everything we need for our stay and comfort. It’s family friendly place and kids enjoyed a lot playing outside as owner has placed grass mats outside to play!
