Welcome to our pet-friendly vacation rental property! This beautiful house, built in 2018, offers three bedrooms and two full baths, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Located just a short walk from the beach in a private and quiet neighborhood, our property is perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway. If you're looking to explore, the vibrant area of 30A is only a three-minute drive away, offering great restaurants, biking trails, coffee shops, and boutiques. For your convenience, Publix and Winn Dixie are less than half a mile from our location. If you're interested in visiting Pier Park, it's just a seven-mile drive from our house. Inside the property, we have plenty of entertainment options for both kids and adults, including a ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey, and even a piano. Come and enjoy a wonderful vacation experience with us!

You must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age.
You must mark yes if you're bringing your pet $150 non-refundable pet deposit will be charged to you.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

Great family house

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great for a family and the proximity to the public beach access was wonderful. Just a short walk to the beach. The garage turned into a game room was a definite plus, especially for our one rainy day. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for Pet

Everything was excellent for our stay in this home. Location and ease of walking to the quiet beach just a block away. Spacious home was perfect to share with another couple. Special bonus was the fenced yard for our pooch who we were traveling with and was our top priority. We will definitely be back.

Perfect beach vacay!

Had the best time at this property. Walk to the beach was short and convenient. My dog loved the backyard! Only a 5 minute drive to rosemary beach. It is in a great location close to Publix, Winn Dixie, and 30 avenue for shopping and restaurants! There were some minor damage to the walls but not anything that couldn’t be overlooked. Would book again!

Perfect home by the beach

This home was clean, beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. It was west of the heart of Panama City Beach which we were thankful for. The beaches weren't as crowded and our family was able to get a spot up front by the water everyday. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house has everything you need to cook meals in the kitchen and the couches were brand new and very comfortable. The small backyard was perfect for our dog. We will definitely be staying here again!

Close to the beach and great for family

This house is in a great location that is walking distance to a beautiful public beach. The interior of the house is well appointed with modern upgrades. The game room in the garage was great for our boys and the bunk beds gave us plenty of space. We did have one minor issue that the property manager was able to resolve. There was great communication throughout, and we appreciated the attentiveness of the property manager. Would stay here again!

Very nice place!

We enjoyed our stay. The communication was great and even when we had a slight issue with the door not locking they came right out and got that resolved. The place was very nice and stocked with most things you would need. The only thing we couldn't find that they need is some hot pads for grabbing hot pans out of the oven. The game room was lots of fun. It was a close walk to the beach and in a quiet community so we loved that. We would definitely use this property again and the company that we booked through.

Nice house

House was a beautiful as it was in the pictures. Everything was clean and house was very spacious for 7 people and out dogs. Short walk to a public beach access where you get to enjoy the beautiful shores of PCB. Absolutely stunning. Would definitely rent this house or one with the sane company in the future. Staff was very helpful and quick to respond to any question or concern i had. Beautiful place

Great experience

My family and I stayed here for an extended weekend with our dogs and loved it! The property was very clean and looked exactly how the pictures were. Very spacious and up to date with everything. We were 5 minutes walk from the beach and a short 10 minute drive to Rosemary Beach and other shops and restaurants. Not to mention a grocery store 1 minute away! The only downside is there’s construction on the same street where the house is located. Other than that, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great stay!

Great location & great price. Lots of fun, family & canine!

We booked a 3 night stay in the off season. We had a wonderful time. Weather was crappy. House was excellent. Small looking from the outside. But nice and roomy in the inside. My little dog was very happy to go in the fenced back yard. He hates being on a leash. Great location to lots of local shopping including grocery stores and dinning. Very close to the beach.

Relaxing beach vacation

Great overall stay! Excellent location, so close to the beach. House interior has a great open layout. Love that it was a pet friendly rental (but you wouldn't be able to tell, which is important). Lots of pantry and closet space available. Game room garage is awesome, esp for families. The only recommendations we gave: 1) kitchen needs to be better stocked overall with better quality items for those families that want to cook and eat in and 2) for spring/summer rentals, have beach gear available (beach towels, cart, chairs, etc). Communication with Christina and Roger was great, and they were very responsive to any minor issues that came up. Would be happy to stay here again!

Summer vacay

We had the best time in this beautifully decorated spotless house and just 4 minutes walk to the most gorgeous beaches. The yard is fenced, spacious and kept our pets safe, grill and patio furnishings for enjoying the quiet nights in a very quiet community. The house was clean, spacious, lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was my favorite part open to the living and dining rooms . They gave us enough toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, soap, dish soap etc. the kids loved the converted garage into a play room. I can't say enough good things they thought of everything to make our stay amazing and they exceeded that. We will be back 100% percent and the communication with the rental company was spot on always a quick response, polite and courteous.

Great place

We enjoyed this property. The highlights...primary bedroom was roomy, great kitchen, extra bedrooms sep. from everything else, nice. Close to beach, stores, easy to find. Living room furniture comfy. Charcoal grill was great. Lowlights...ugh, remote control wars, missing some, others didn't work, many different ones laying around. Blanket are thin, pillows kinda flat, bring your own. Not enough towels, did laundry a lot.Backyard is great if you have animals but spartan--could use enhancements. Utensils in kitchen aren't great--bring your own if you like to eat in. We stayed one month & didn't eat out a lot. Freezer had an issue but they fixed it pretty quick. I'd stay here again. Mgmt. easy to reach. Have fun!!!!
