Guest access

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire left-side unit of this duplex. This includes the private, fully fenced back and side yard. Entry is seamless and secure via a smart lock; your unique access code will be provided a few days prior to your arrival. Ample driveway parking is available for up to two vehicles.

Other things to note

* Duplex Unit: This is a duplex with a shared center wall. Please be aware that you may occasionally hear your neighbors.
* Locked Closet: The closet in the master bedroom (king bed) is a locked owner's closet and is not available for guest use.
* Entertainment: We've cut the cord! There is no cable TV. All televisions are Roku Smart TVs, where you can log into your personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Disney+, etc.).
* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials to get you going, including toilet paper, travel-size toiletries, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, and paper towels.
