Beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo on the 3rd floor of tower 1000, has a stunning beachfront view of Banderas Bay in Puerto Vallarta.
The Grand Venetian condominiums are conveniently nestled between the Marina and downtown Vallarta, providing our guests the flexibility to exploring the city at walking distance.
Our gated towers provide 24/7 security, bilingual staff with exceptional customer service, underground parking, gym, tennis courts, media room, 5 outdoor pools, 4 outdoor hot tubs, a delicious restaurant bar with room service.
The unit hosts an open concept layout, with crisp custom coastal design that provides a welcoming and comfortable feel. The condo hosts 2 balconies, a private jacuzzi facing the oceanfront, indoor and outdoor living space with an L shape pull out sofa that comfortably sleeps 2, fully equipped kitchen, 1 king size bedroom, and 1 full bathroom will have you swooned waking up to the sound of the ocean.

Beautiful view!

The apartment was very comfortable and nicely furnished. We enjoyed eating on the deck overlooking the pools and grounds with a view of the city. Carmelita was very helpful checking us in.

Fabulous condo great location

Maria was great to deal with in renting the condo and her Mom, Carmen was super friendly and easy to deal with at the condo. She met us at the building. The condo was Clean and well maintained. I would rent this property again for sure.

This is an absolutely gorgeous unit with impressive views of the pool, beach and ocean! Carmen was a wonderful host, on time for check-in, charming and very responsive - she even had fresh fruit and flowers greeting me in the unit!! Thank you again Carmen for your hospitality!

Clean, comfortable and safe stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Venetian! The condo was very CLEAN✨, the view was great and we felt very safe. The bed was very comfortable as well as the couch. The condo had everything we needed and was conveniently located next to the shopping mall and some restaurants. The beach in front was large and there were ladies with massage tables on the beach. We also did the parasailing with Alfredo (do it!). There is a restaurant onsite which was nice and a restaurant on the beach just to the north. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Experience

Over the past 10 years we have enjoyed 8 months of vacation (1 month at a time) in Puerto Vallarta . This was our first stay at the Grand Venetian, the resort is first class and this unit was absolutely perfect. View and location could not be better. Condo was well appointed, maintained and very comfortable and safe. As opposed to many other resorts, the Grand Venetian didn’t seem over crowded and since it’s all privately owned there isn’t the time share hustle and over the top party atmosphere. Very relaxed and perfect stay. Maria and Carmen are great hosts and we will definitely be back!

One Of The Best at GV | GV Remains 4 Star | Great Value

Tower 1 is the oldest tower but remains our favorite. The views are the most perfect, with T2 being a close second. This condo is low enough that you are part of the pool and beach world, as opposed to seeing ants run around beautiful pools from the 30th floor. The deck is larger than normal and the place was nicely furnished. Lots of provisions so you don't have to go shopping for every oil, spice. Lots of kitchenware and plates. It's like someone lives there most of the time. Check in and communication was top draw. Recommend.

Un coin de paradis !

Tout de notre séjour fut parfait ! Les communications et la disponibilité ont toujours été au rendez-vous. L’emplacement du condo en est un de choix. Nous passions nos journées à la plage sous un palapas. Sur ce plan, on en a toujours eu un. Merci à sa gestionnaire et propriétaire de nous avoir donner le privilège de le louer.
