Luxueux condo face à l'océan qui offrent et exquise combinaison de saveur architecturale mexicaine avec des équipements modernes et confortables à Puerto Vallarta. Une chambre, une salle de bains avec piscine à débordement et une plage privée. A quelques pas du Malecon et proche de tout. Tour 1000 est extraordinaire dans l'espace encadré par des lacs et des canaux évoquant l'élégant style vénitien. Un balcon est à l'avant avec jacuzzi face à l'océan et l'autre est dans la chambre face à la fontaine d'eau et les canaux.
Tout ce que vous avez besoin est à distance de marche, y compris plusieurs hausses, les salles de cinéma avec des films en anglais, de nombreux restaurants, casinos, Starbucks juste un pùté de maisons. Profitez de regarder baleines et les dauphins, volley-ball, bateaux de croisiÚre, des feux d'artifice, les lumiÚres scintillantes de la ville, le tout à partir de votre condo. Les bus locaux sont proches de la 10 minutes pour aller en ville (55 cents).
Les taxis sont facilement disponibles et également peu coûteux.

Amazing views

We have stayed at this complex before a few times but this was the best view we've had by far. It was also the best maintained and best stocked and was extremely quiet. The host was exceptionally helpful and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!

Fantastic!

Our stay did not disappoint. Sandra’s condo is extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked. There was nothing we lacked in the kitchen. The view is amazing. We highly recommend this location as it was very clean, secure and easy access to downtown. The pools and the restaurant are superb.

This property was excellent. My husband is disabled and it worked well for him. The only thing we needed was a grab bar in the shower, which we always take with us when we travel. Sandra was fantastic and let us use a patio chair in the shower. The kitchen was very well equipped.

The best views of the bay, pools and downtown PV. The unit is open, airy, bright, well furnished and kitchen well stocked. Sandra the owner very responsive to any issues. There were a couple of issues that Sandra responded to asap and were resolved. We would stay here again..

Great Place and Great Vacation

We’ve been to the Grand Venetian 3 times now over the past 7 years. (In 3 different units). Always had a great time. Great location and walking distance to anything you need to see or do in PV. The grounds are kept very clean and the units we have stayed in have been great as well.

It can’t be beaten for views, location, pools, walking distance to high end restaurants, grocery stores. The condo is very well stocked with h everything you will need. Loved staying there. Host was exceptionally helpful. 5 stars!

Beautiful view & great host

Sandra’s place is beautiful, clean and has all the amenities including gym, pools, beach, restaurant, pool table and the most amazing view of the bay. It is walking distance to great restaurants and grocery stores. It is very safe and beautifully landscaped. Sandra is an amazing host and made sure our visit was perfect for us visiting our elderly parents who live in Puerto Vallarta. She even let us know about a special concert being held there. Great place and experience, we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful Condo

We've stayed at the Grand Venetian many times because we love the location and amenities at the condos. Sandra's condo is a beautiful corner unit, and was so nicely furnished and had everything you could possibly need. We did have a few minor problems during our stay, and she was quick to resolve them and very apologetic. We highly recommend this condo, and are hoping to return soon.

Million dollar view!

The condominium has the Million dollar view to the ocean and the town of Puerto Vallarta, we loved it! We stayed at this place for a week, and we made it home, the bed in comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, it's clean and the condominium complex has good security. Sandra the owner is very kind and sweet, I felt like I knew her for a long time. We are coming back again and again.
