Complex right on the beach. Enjoy this relaxing one-bedroom unit located on the 24th floor of the Grand Venetian which is loaded with amenities.

Located adjacent to the modern La Isla mall with VIP cinema and in the heart of the hotel zone (only fifteen minutes from the airport), the unit is well located for access to everything in town.

The complex boasts heated and unheated pools, a well-equipped gym, tennis courts, games room/pool table, on-site parking, and 24- hour security.

The unit is a one-bedroom, one-bath unit with oceanfront views from the kitchen, living room and balcony.

The oceanfront balcony boasts comfortable lounge chairs and couch.. There are smart TV`s in the living room and bedroom and the bed is a king-sized bed.

The building is very secure with 24 hour security for entry and exit.

The unit has an electronic doorlock for which we will provide a code prior to your arrival.

Guests have access to all amentiies in the building including the pools, gym, and tennis courts.

Instructions for accessing the unit via door-code will be provided prior to arrival but we are avaialble anytime during the stay for any questions or concerns.

Please note that prior to arrival there is a form that must be completed by each guest staying in the unit. We will provide the form prior to arrival and it must be completed and presented to security at checkin. Security also requires that visitors complete the same registration form and we must notify security at least 24- hours prior to their arrival.

On weekends, a lounge across the river plays music between approximately 1 pm and 9 pm (Fridays & Saturdays). With the balcony doors closed, the sound is minimal; with doors open, it may be audible.
