The apartment has a beautiful and luxurious room with ocean view with a queen size bed, and a Serta queen sofa bed for 2 people to sleep comfortably and have a pleasant sleep located at the living room looking to ocean 🌊

The kitchen area has ocean views and is built in a glamorous and modern style where you can enjoy an immaculate and clean space to create your breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners!

The kitchen is prepared with all the necessary and basic utensils to feel home away from home and have a 5-star stay in a glamorous and luxurious environment!

The room area has a 50-inch smart tv with Netflix, YouTube etc and a beautiful murphey queen size bed comfortable for 2 people! The room has a ceiling fan and air conditioning for the comfort of the guests!

First thing we noticed once entering the condo was the cleanliness. Next, the balcony had an unobstructed view of the ocean, which was very relaxing. The condo was equipped with all the essentials. The host was very attentive and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Good Stay with some slight “need to knows”

The unit was very pretty and nicely decorated. It was really clean and comfortable. The pullout couch was nice to recline on to be able to look outside. Patio is beautiful with the most amazing beach view. The AC worked so quickly so listen to them when they say don’t leave it on when you leave for the day. Once you come back, it’ll the whole apt will be cool in 10 minutes after turning it on. The view from the patio was really special. Easily the best part of this day. There’s but nothing between you and endless ocean views. It’s really lovely. The bed was very comfortable and there were lots of blankets and pillows. Having a washer and dryer after beach visits was so nice. We were able to get everything washed and dried each night so we had fresh towels every morning. Our host was so easy to get in contact with. He responded to text with him five minutes and was very kind and accommodating. Luquillo was wonderful and we loved the whole town. While there is a beach easily accessible from the building, there are crazy strong currents so you should avoid swimming here. You can go down the beach near the surf school to get in the water. Its like a 15 min walk. The pool was almost always closed. It was open once and I think it might’ve been by accident. Never saw it open again. Which really sucks because you can’t swim in the ocean. Lastly, the building is seemingly cheaply made. There were about five notes in the unit, asking to open doors or use something gently.

Beautiful Place

We loved our stay in this apartment. It was bright, clean and comfortable with a constant breeze. The view was fabulous!! This apartment is at the end of the building with a corner balcony facing the most beautiful long natural stretch of beach that we’d ever seen. There is also a great view from the bedroom. The town has suffered from the hurricanes, but we found some good restaurants - La Parilla (the best in Los Kioscos), Ernestina’s, and Sama, and most nights we brought food home to enjoy with the view from the apt. Our host, Rios, was very helpful. We hope to visit again and stay here.

Beautiful quiet apartment with amazing view

This was an amazing experience for puerto rico. The process was easy and we had pretty much the entire beach to ourselves. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing quiet vacation.

Owner broke agreement after flooding

Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review for this property. The second to last night of our stay, the apartment above us flooded and subsequently flooded our apartment. We had to mop constantly and clean the mess, in addition to having to sleep in the living room due to the bedroom ceiling leaking. The owner was very communicative initially and apologetic. We spent a large amount of our vacation constantly mopping the dirty water and being available for maintenance. I requested a one night refund from the owner, which felt more than fair since we had two nights of problems. The owner agreed (proof in text messages), but kept putting off our refund. I even had VRBO send him directions on how to give a partial refund after he said he didn’t know how to do it. Eventually, he just ghosted me and stopped responding, leaving me with a lengthy appeal process with VRBO. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing since we went out of our way to help him with his apartment’s problems. My toddler also slipped on the wet floor before we realized what was happening and hit her head badly. Additionally, building’s elevators frequently didn’t work (one was completely out of order and the other would just randomly stop working, not related to power). The views from the balcony were stunning, although we also couldn’t use it the last two nights due to water leaking down from the above apartment. I would have been much more forgiving in my review if he had stuck to what he agreed to.

Everything we wanted and more

Pros:My partner and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The pictures does not do justice to the place. This place has everything seating areas, TVs, extremely soft bed (if the bed is too soft the pullout is nice too) Beautiful views, nice kitchen that has all the basics of what you need plus some stuff that was not used by previous guest ( laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner (it's better to go to the store for supplies until after you check in.) there is also beach chairs, and umbrellas and a boogie board in the closet!! Cons: let me start off by saying that none of these cons are anything against the host. He is extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any issues. While we were staying there at least there was only 1 working elevator. Sometimes It takes a Minute to get there if it's during a busy hour. It is also pretty dark inside so if you are not good with tight spaces then the stars might be better. That is the only con we could think of. Notes: the condo is right on the beach, we read several other review about how it’s a 5 min walk to go down and then around to the beach, however there is a much faster way if you go to the lobby and walk across to the other building they have stairs that lead down to the beach. (for better directions ask the host!). Also ask the host about the shortcut you can take through the garage instead of walking through the garage and up the hill. Overall this is by far the best place to stay while in Liquillo!!

Great Stay

Nice comfortable condo inside! Had everything we needed, and the balcony view of the ocean was amazing! We did not make it down to the beach area, but saw a couple of surfers in the water and an occasional couple strolling 
 very peaceful. Had it not been raining the mornings we were there it’s an excellent spot to catch a beautiful sunrise. Place was quiet. Host was very communicative and quick to respond to our questions. And the evening security guard was so friendly and hilarious!

Awesome condo

This condo was perfectly situated right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the water. It was amazing. Additionally, Rios was great to work with. Very responsive and reasonable. I highly recommend this rental.

Great Unit

Very clean, updated 5th floor corner unit. Great views from the balcony! VERY soft bed, AC works well in both rooms! Great location, close to many cafes and shops, short drive from Luquillo beach and the kioskos. Property is gated, staffed by a security person at all times-you will have to fill out a quick form if you're planning to park in the garage but then they just wave at you as you drive in. It's a short walk from the garage to the lobby, check other reviews for directions, overall not too bad! Property does not have direct beach access, that we've found anyway, so you have to walk out the front gate and around the block to get to it but once you do, it's beautiful. Apartment has a fridge, stove, washer/dryer unit, everything works as it should and is very convenient! Would stay again!

Our experience far exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, our host was very accommodating. He walked us through the arrival process and made us feel very welcomed. The staff on the property were very kind and helpful. As for the condo, it was decorated beautifully, well stocked with plenty of clean linen and towels and all essentials were provided, and best of all the home was spotless. No hotel could measure up to these standards. The bed was amazingly comfortable with soft and clean linen. The view from the balcony was breath taking and drinking coffee in the morning was awesome. The amenities of the property were nice and clean, swimming pool was very nice and the private entrance to the beach was magical. The food in the nearby restaurants served really delicious food, and everyone in the community was very friendly and spoke both English and Spanish. The location of the property was the perfect springboard to many attractions. We will definitely make reservations again in the future and highly recommend this piece of paradise to friends and family. Thank you for making our vacation your number one priority; we are very grateful and had an amazing time.

We had the time of our life! The apartment was perfect and we were so sad to leave. The balcony overlooking the ocean was spectacular and the beach below was almost private, as few people were ever there when we were. We loved Luquillo too, and the other beaches were also amazing, each one different. We had strong waves where we were, but walking up to Playa Azul, we had calm gentle waters. Palm trees, golden sands, and amazing people, we can't say enough how wonderful our vacation was. We can't wait to go back. Such a great experience! The apartment had everything we needed, kitchen fully equipped, bathroom needs like shampoo and body wash, and our own washer and dryer. Thank you for making our vacation amazing!

Beautiful view, safe, and the host made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 for sure, would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a place outside the usual tourist spots!
