We are located in the heart of Luquillo, a small beach town with a surfer’s vibe. We are within a one-minute walk to the beach. We are within walking distance to restaurants, bars, food trucks, and La Pared. The famous Luquillo Kioskos and El Yunque (the only tropical rainforest within the US parks system) are located within a few minutes drive. We offer high-speed internet for those who need to work. This is a great place to relax and also experience a true cultural expression of Puerto Rico!

For the most part, our experience was excellent. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars was the indoor shower. The water pressure was terrible and you only got a light trickle of water. It was also impossible to adjust the temperature - it was either scalding hot or cold. We ended up using the outdoor shower every day, which was not hot, but at least there was pressure. Otherwise, the place is cozy and clean and roomy enough for two people. The location was perfect. Half a block walk to the gorgeous beach and a lovely walk to the plaza area with shops and restaurants.

Great location! Shore just behind the apartment.!! Queen bed a little soft for our taste. In case you need a firm mattress. The bathroom was updated and very clean as all the apartment. Tiny but nice with all amenities. The kitchen has condiments, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Look at the dinning closet for everything. Enough closet racks. Enough space for two children in the sofas also.Something we should mention is the little patio with half the roof for shade. It has a hammock, two chairs and a little table, perfect to have breakfast at home. There are two beach chairs, some toys and a cart for the beach. Your own beach towels are a plus. Thought that the parking will be far away but not, the building is small and everything is near. Other reviews talk about the kiosks and restaurants very near.Luquillo balneary is a 5 minutes ride away. Calm, safe, family oriented environment. 5*****

Overall we enjoyed Luquillo and Puerto Rico. Communication with prop mgr was efficient and timely. Bed was soft, shower pressure low. We had a lot of rain during our visit and this may have contributed to the dampness in the apartment.

Close to the beach

Cute little place just a short distance from the beach. Most evenings we could walk into town along the beach to grab food or drinks. You can also easily walk to Luquillo beach and kioskos from here without the need of a car, if you don’t mind a walk. At low tide you can walk the beach all the way!Budget friendly and clean. Would stay here again, if in Luquillo.

Exactly what we were looking for

Perfect little studio for my son and I on a short holiday. The beach is very close and clean and the neighbors are all quiet and polite. We definitely appreciated the hammocks out back!Hosts were very responsive and kind. We would (and will) definitely stay here again. :-) The map pin online is actually for the beach up the road and we got very, very lost when the Uber driver brought us to the wrong complex; it was a 15 minute walk through side streets to get back on track since the Uber just left us... TBH, this was my fault for not reading the host's email instructions thoroughly. Once we found the location description it was very easy, but perhaps the map pin could be on a closer cross street.Thanks again!
