My college roommates celebrated our 40th anniversary as friends and roomies this past weekend. The house and location were perfect with many nearby shops, restaurants and coffee shops.

Our stay was great, walking distance to Fells point. There was a great coffee shop around the corner from the house. Those who stay here should be comfortable walking up and down stairs as one of the bedrooms is on the top floor. We didn’t cook here so can’t speak to that. Overall a great place.

So wonderful!

Just as advertised- clean, comfortable, spacious, with everything we needed. The host and hospitality were exceptional! And a very cute, convenient, safe, friendly neighborhood!!

Great place for price

Typical row house with lots of stairs but very clean & comfortable. Loved having a pack & play for our 2 year old granddaughter. Host was very nice. Would stay again.

Great stay in Upper Fells Point

This beautiful townhome was the perfect spot for my family to stay while attending my son’s Residency graduation at Johns Hopkins. It was conveniently close to my son’s home allowing us to gather easily for the weekend’s events! Likewise, it’s location allowed us to easily walk to restaurants and shops in the Fells Point area and the waterfront to enjoy Fleet Week festivities! Yangchen was a great host and the check-in/check-out was easy as can be. Hoping we can come back and visit again soon!!

Pleasant stay!!

The home was big and clean--it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient, although parking definitely becomes difficult to find close by past 4pm on the weekend. I recommend parking near Patterson Park, a few blocks down (fortunately, it is mostly free street parking). Yangchen was a very friendly and caring host! My friends and I hope to stay here again (:

Fells Point Place

Comfortable home with good amount of room. Little things to improve: more silverware (forks especially) to accommodate number the house holds (8), interesting that dishwasher door doesn't open fully, same with washer. Could use fresh coat of paint throughout the house. Definitely adequate though and fairly priced. We enjoyed our stay!

Biggest problem was parking. I rented the house so I could drive my daughters around and I could go back to house. There is alot of street parking but it was all taken. Got there at 8 pm on Tuesday and after driving around for about half an hour, finally parallel parked in a spot and had to walk 20 minutes back to the house. Ended up getting a spot at 7 am but then had to Uber everywhere in order not to lose the spot. Most places were close so Uber not too bad and area seems safe enough, but just was not what I had planned to do. House itself was fine. Beds comfortable. Could use some more dishes and utensils.

Very nice townhouse in great location

The house was even nicer than I expected and in a very safe area. Close to the inner harbor and all the activities and lots restaurants.

Perfect weekend

My husband and I love visiting Fells Point and we wanted to share it with our friends. The house was in a great location to walk back and forth to Thames Street with about a 10 minute walk. It was very easy to get in with the code provided and the owner let us check in early. He was great at getting back to me in a timely fashion. The house was very clean and had a lot of room for friends!! I would definitely stay here again!!

Convenient and comfortable

The house is super nice, clean and comfortable. Very well located, - you can walk to the Inner Harbor! Tons of restaurants in the neighborhood. I highly recommend it for parties of seven or less

It was a great place to stay. Nice neighborhood and easily walkable to different venues

We were in for a long weekend and lots of things to do within a reasonable distance. Would rent again if in the area.

Disappointed

Everything pretty much started out on the wrong foot. We were given the wrong combination for key which we had to wait about 45minutes for owner to come and figure out the combination to let us in. Parking was pretty much non existent, our first night we had to circle several blocks for about an hour before finally parking illegally which we did our entire stay. The house was clean and had some essentials coffee pot, pans,and dishwasher. We were told the nearest supermarket was a 7 minute walk which was actually 40minutes. The night before we left it was discovered that mice had eaten through several of our items left on the counter, I inform the owner who said if I didn’t have proof it didn’t happen. I in turn reluctantly went to the garbage and took a picture of an item that was on top. The owner still denied it, so I took a video as well as pictures of mice droppings. Other than that we did enjoy the area and all the harbor activities.

Super stay

I eould recommend this property to anyone. Very well kept. Nice walk to the restaurants. Parking a small challenge at peak times when folk are home. We Ubered everywhere.
