The tall, multi-level home includes several staircases and uneven natural terrain typical of a historic property, so guests should be comfortable with stairs and walking on outdoor paths and driveway areas. The home may not be ideal for those with mobility concerns.

With 3 bedrooms — featuring 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed — there is plenty of space to relax and unwind. The house also features 2½ bathrooms, a spacious eat-in kitchen, and a back deck overlooking Mother Nature, where you may spot deer, foxes, cardinals, and other birds.

Prince Charming is stunningly beautiful home, with ample space to spread out, relax and rest comfortably, assured your needs are met. This artistically decorated, unique, beautiful older home is modernized with up-to-date bathrooms & kitchen, comfortable beds and bedrooms, and all the amenities you might need. Tim is an excellent host, quick to answer questions and welcome guests. It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with large trees, gardened yards, and gorgeous walking trails near by. It was perfect for our extended family while visiting Baltimore for graduation events at John’s Hopkins. Campus & downtown easily accessible by bus, Uber or car. We had a comfortable & wonderful stay!

Perfect spot in a beautiful neighborhood

We loved staying at Tim’s house. He’s a very responsive host and is easy to communicate with. The house itself is large and beautiful, and is in a nice neighborhood with a walking trail nearby. Highly recommend!

Although the host was lovely, the place is a pit. We have no idea how it got a 9.6 rating. The bathrooms had hair in them, the metal garbage cans were filthy and covered with food, the floors are so uneven that when I got out of bed, I just kept walking several feet. We felt dizzy walking around this house because it was so un level and part had sunk into the ground. The comforter had a stain on it. There was no bar in the closet for hangers and in the whole house we found three hangers. There was no ice except for someone’s old bag and no water dispenser.The driveway is not lit and neither are the stairs walking up to the house. On the landing halfway up the steps, it looks like it could fall apart any moment. We got there at night and I fell into a tree getting out of the car because the driveway is not smooth or paved. The back patio has molded cushions and the furniture is falling apart.We left after one day
