This six bedroom Victorian beach home is in downtown Ocean City. It has three floors of living space that boasts enough beds to sleep 15 people, 11 adults and children. Combine this with cute beachy décor, you will fall in love with Victorian charmer. This adorable twin home has it all. As you walk up to the house, you’ll notice the front wraparound porch and an original, double door entry. When you step through the front doors, you will enter the bright living room with Pergo floors. Continue forward into the dining room or up the staircase to the second floor. Passing through the dining room for 12 people allows you to enter the kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Off the kitchen are the tiled laundry room and full bathroom. The second floor has well decorated three bedrooms each with their own mini-split HVAC system. The second floor also contains a full bathroom. On the third floor, you will find Pergo floors in each of the three more bedrooms which will stay cool with their own mini-split HVAC system. Walk short walk to 7th Street Beach and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. So much to do in Ocean City , you will enjoy your stay on the island. Dog friendly home!! Saturday to Saturday only

A great week

Our family enjoyed our week at Wendy's shore house. The front and side porch were great and we spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying the ocean air. The house is well used and needs some TLC, but regardless, our family had a great week and enjoyed being all together.

The location was very convenient to everything we needed. Plenty of places to sleep. Living room area a little tight for our group. The porch was wonderful. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Was a perfect birthday weekend with our family, would definitely rent again.

Perfect Getaway

We had so much fun during our week at the house. It was a cold spring break but the house was cozy and a short walk to so many things. Kelley was helpful and attentive. She responded very quickly when there were questions. It was overall a wonderful experience for all of us.

Ocean City family place

Nice place. Room for all 14 of us! Space somewhat tight in common areas. Fortunately we had great beach weather, so not an issue! Only glitch was some bed sizes were incorrect, but host was very accommodating and found a great solution to help us out. Very responsive to our needs! Enjoyed our stay!!!

Fun weekend

We had a great stay. All adults with 1 dog. Everyone loved the porch. We stayed off season which meant a lot was closed but we were looking for a getaway not a destination so it was fine. Lots of beds the only issue was some of us were not as spry as we thought so the bunk beds did not suit.

Nice place but has seen better days

This was a great location for what we needed. The rooms were lacking storage space...few closets and they were stuffed with STUFF. It needed a deep cleaning badly. The porch was small but a nice place to hang out. The third floor is jammed with beds and no railing to climb the VERY steep stairs. The One bathroom got a ton of use while the first floor shower had a lot to be desired. The outside shower wasn't in working condition.

Great location but heavily used house

Since this home allows pets I figured it wouldn’t be immaculate … not all the fault of manager but the cleaners never came between rentals but they refund me the fee. No queen beds as advertised, they were all full-size!! Home needed a good once over after the end of the season!

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. Overall, we found it to be like the pictures, in a good location, & walking distance to both the beach & shopping/eateries on Asbury Ave. There was plenty of space for 5 adults, 1 baby, & 1 dog. The AC units worked well, & the kitchen appliances & bathrooms were mostly clean.There were several drawbacks to the rental. The furniture needed a deep cleaning, & the upstairs carpet was badly stained. The bathmats were also dirty, so we washed them, and the upstairs towel rack was broken. A bedroom overhead light fixture was missing, & many of the outlets did not work. We found dirty dishes in the kitchen, including a oil-covered fry pan (see photo). We had to wash most of the utensils and dishes before using them. We had planned to grill but found it to be very dirty also. We had access to bath & beach towels, but there were only 2 washcloths & no dishcloths in the rental. I offered to leave the ones I bought in town if the host would reimburse me, but she replied that she refreshes these items at the end of the season. This response was confusing since we were paying renters & needed these items during our stay, especially for my 15mo old, who had many feeding items that could not be washed with the used sponge in the kitchen. I did feel we were treated differently given that we were staying at the end of the season, so I hope the host will make some improvements going forward.

Well equipped, beautiful beach house for 3 families.

Everything was as pictured and advertised. Extremely well equipped! Plenty of everything we needed in the kitchen, two full baths, AC units in each room that could be individually set to desired temp, two beach umbrellas, a beach cabana, several chairs & boogie boards, several extra beach towels, ten beach tags, two off-street parking tags in a lot at the other end of the block, and only a 10 minute stroll to the Boardwalk. Acme grocery store two blocks away. Outdoor shower was still awaiting renovation but the easily accessible faucet was perfect for rinsing off sand. Gas grill worked well. Washer & dryer a big plus. Lots of nice decorative touches. And a drawerful of paperback books for beach reading. Note that the driveway behind the house is NOT part of the property. Street parking in the neighborhood was also frequently available, so our other two cars were easily parked nearby. Highest recommendation! I hope we can all gather here again next year — and every year after. OC, NJ is a great beach destination.

Good location… enough room for 4 teens and 5 adults…. 3 blocks from the beach and a block away from shopping/food places on 8th Street and Asbury. Owner answered questions promptly. Parking lot with passes a block away but we were able to find spots on the street. Overall a good stay.

Fun fun fun!

Thank you SO MUCH for letting us rent from you! This place was perfect for all of us! It was so cheerful too! We loved sitting on the porch and just watching and talking. Just exactly what we all needed. Many memories were made. I wasn't sure how far we had to walk to the beach but it was fine! Lots of stores and ice cream parlors in walking distance. Just perfect!

Quirky and cozy

Functional and well-located. Owner is very responsive. Plenty of beds for our family group of 10 (5 adults, 5 kids from 5-17). Rooms are a little more compact than they seem via photos. Staircase is narrow and open on one side for the first 8 steps - a challenge for my 78-year-old mom. Short walk to beach, close to restaurants, bike rentals, and shops.

Great vacation

We stayed here Easter weekend. Beautiful house in a great location. Esily walkable to boardwalk and bay. Lots of food and shopping close by. The host was excellent and made sure we had a nice stay. Gave suggestions on things to do for Easter. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed Thursday to a Sunday. The house was amazing. Everything like pictured online. Communication with property management was great. Everything we needed was in the house. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep. We made some amazing memories. Untill next time. Peace and Love.

Ocean City Family stay

Had a great time with children and grandchildren. Very walkable to the beach and boardwalk and convenient to shops and food options. With 6 grandchildren could have used a little more living room space but we made it work and all had a great time.

This was a very nice house in close proximity to the boardwalk/beach and town. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Wesley is a busy street/corner.

Summer getaway

Property was pretty clean, but had the perfect amount of space for our big family get together! Very close to the beach and downtown shopping area! Also just a few blocks from the park and grocery store, which was wonderful with little kiddos! Overall, we had a wonderful time and would stay again!
