À quelques pas des vastes plages de l'extrĂ©mitĂ© nord, ce condo de quatre chambres et trois salles de bain complĂštes a l'avantage supplĂ©mentaire d'un ascenseur. Les meubles et les fenĂȘtres modernes Ă  gogo crĂ©ent un environnement aĂ©rĂ© et ensoleillĂ©, parfait pour simplement se dĂ©tendre et s'Ă©vader!

Ce condo spacieux est impeccablement conservĂ© dans la section des jardins rĂ©sidentiels d'Ocean City. Le grand pont avant est Ă©quipĂ© pour les repas en plein air et les loisirs au-dessus de la paisible rue bordĂ©e d'arbres. En outre, il y a un pont arriĂšre donnant sur la cour arriĂšre clĂŽturĂ©e, oĂč les invitĂ©s peuvent faire un barbecue pendant que la famille profite de la brise fraĂźche de l'ocĂ©an. We had such a wonderful girls’ getaway at Wayne’s VRBO in Ocean City, NJ! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group — everyone had their own comfortable bedroom. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, and we especially loved relaxing together on the covered porch. Wayne was an outstanding host, friendly, accessible, and incredibly accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to come back!

Really nicely furnished and comfortable home. The beds are really good quality and very comfortable. The porch was a delightful shady and a nice breeze. Only a block from an easy to walkout beach. Everything you needed for cooking. Plenty of utensils, dishes, mugs, glasses and kitchen towels. Great communication with the owner and very helpful as you arrive. The elevator was a lifesaver as we are seniors with trouble managing stairs.

The house was very clean and well-maintained, and the location couldn't have been better. It was just a short walk to the North Street beach, which was ideal for both our elderly parents and our little one. Wayne was an excellent host. He was quick to respond to all of our questions and was very helpful from start to finish.

Lovely property, very easy walk to the beach, very handy configuration of bedrooms and baths. Worked so well for our 2 yr old grandson and 2 teenager grandkids. Nice relaxing on the front porch with its cool breeze. Owner was easy to communicate with questions as well. Would definitely rent again.

Another great stay.

This was our second time staying at this property. Check in was super easy, the house was so clean and location is perfect. Enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the deck and the short walk to the beach each day. Can't wait to stay again!

Our troop of seniors had a lovely weekend. It was fun being in OC, minutes from the boards and a block to the beach. I like the Gardens neighborhood and being far enough away from the business hustle bustle. Wayne was helpful and a phone call or text away. Kitchen equipped and ready to go. Nice big island dining room table. We didn’t do any major cooking but could have. Nice front porch! Fireplace was not an issue with us. The elevator was the big factor for our family members who needed it. That was great. However, with that in mind, I was concerned there wasn’t a grab bar in the master bath shower. Beds were very comfy. Surprised there were only 2 sleeping pillows. We resorted to using decorative ones. Could have done with a couple of those folding luggage racks for the 3 smaller bedrooms. Washer and dryer- super convenient! Staying here at length would be great. Thank you, Wayne, for your cool beach house!

Would rent again

We would rent again. The house is lovely, short walk to the beach and Wayne was very attentive. But I was disappointed in the grill, only a charcoal and there was no table or place to lay the meat dish or utensils. The house was cleaned but the outside porch was not cleaned, the table was very dirty. The steps from the garage to our floor were covered in sand which we ended up bringing into the house. I was disappointed there were no Season Passes we had to purchase our own. One other note, bring you own bed pillows.

Wedding stay

Stayed for wedding in Avalon including 102 year old mother in wheelchair. Elevator was a great feature. Furniture very comfortable. Great bathrooms. . Lock box a bit temperamental. We all felt very secure and had plenty of elbow room.

Quiet, Relaxing Weekend

We had a lovely, calm and relaxed weekend. The flat has a gas fireplace which made the room feel cosy even as it was sleeting outside. The kitchen area and open floor plan provided a nice space to just chat and relax with friends.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Ocean City is a wonderful, family oriented, safe town that always has something going on year round. The Gardens section of Ocean City in the North end, is very different from the rest of the island. It is not congested and it is very residential with lots of tree lined streets and grass yards. There are many permanent year round residents here. The 'Gardens' with its winding streets, reminds me more of Cape Cod than the typical 'grid' in other places in Ocean City.

The property is within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk, yet not in the noisy, congested area of Ocean City. The home is extremely clean, well maintained, newer construction with an elevator, large flat screen TV and lots of bathrooms for all of your guests.
