Relax in the Smoky Mtn getaway near Knoxville, Dollywood , Pigeon Forge

Relax in our spacious 2 bedroom apartment with living room , full size kitchen, dining room for 6, full size laundry and three bathrooms, one upstairs one downstairs and one outside. Downstairs we have a king size bed in one room with a 43" smart tv . In the other bedroom have 3 twin size beds with plenty of usb standard and C ports for all your charging needs. There is also a large 3/4 bathroom complete with privacy stall and oversized shower. Wifi Speeds up to 1 gig and a 70" smart tv upstairs for all your streaming needs. We also have a large library of DVD's and VHS ( yes I said VHS) for your viewing pleasure. There is a swimming pool and grill area with outdoor table and restroom if you choose to enjoy the weather. Weather permitting, we offer an outdoor movie experience complete with a 37 ft screen, surround sound and 4 gas fire pits. Everything is freshly renovated, inside and out. Plenty of parking and covered parking for motorcycles, close to airport and less than 1 hour to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg , Tail of the dragon and many other tourist areas.
There are 4 outdoor cameras for your security and ours. One that covers the parking area, one that covers the pool, one that covers the pool and theater, one that covers the theater and fire pit area. These are not monitored but recorded if they need to be reviewed.

The property was amazing! The host was very friendly and quick to answer questions. The outdoor pool and theater was so nice and fun. It’s so close to the airport and to downtown Knoxville.The kitchen was very well stocked with items needed to cook. The grill on the patio was so nice.

We had an amazing stay at this Vrbo! The house/ apartment was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was definitely the highlight, absolutely amazing and perfect for relaxing and spending time with love ones. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. They were very responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommend this property!

Host was very up front and very accommodating. Made sure we knew how to use everything that was able to be used. Was pretty clean and had everything that we needed. We were not able to use the pool do to a chemical issues but the host let us know so we wouldn't get a chemical burn.

There were four of us on a motorcycle trip. There was plenty of room to park our truck and trailer. There is a canopy to park your motorcycles under as well. The bedrooms are great and have individual temperature control. The bathrooms are nice and clean with plenty of room. The kitchen and living room area is great for eating and relaxing. The pool area is nice and very well maintained. This is a place you can enjoy relaxing at if you need a break from the busyness of vacation. Great communication from start to end. Highly recommend.

Our host was extremely responsive and generous (Everything you would want when traveling to an unknown area with family). A cozy place to stay when traveling to the area. Everything we needed was provided and we had such a great time staying here. WiFi was great, always hot water, clean, Two full baths which was key for a family with teens. Thanks for a great stay.

Host was friendly and communicative. The house is about 15 mins from UTK’s campus which was great for a weekend visit. Lots of ladybugs in the house and cable tv would have allowed us watch the TN men’s game at the house instead of going out to watch it elsewhere. Overall, it is a great spot to stay if there is an event in campus!

Female cousin trip, best part was feeling safe. As women that was our top priority. The location was also great for early morning flights, really easy and fast to get to the airport. The host was wonderful and very helpful as we left things the first time we stayed there. Our items were waiting for us when we stayed there again at the end of our trip. We will definitely stay there again when we visit the Knoxville area.

Great hidden gem

The property was a hidden little gem. Only 30 miles to Pigeon Forge and Gatinburg. And just a few minutes away from TYS Knoxville airport. Great weekend get away. Wish we had more time to use all of the great included amenities. The huge outdoor movie area was amazing.

Comfortable and Great stay

We all loved it. Awesome movie selection and perfect layout for our family of five. Teen boys loved the fusball table. Ordered amazing Cuban takeout for dinner and were very relaxed.

Short, nice stay

VERY clean. Very nice. We went to a football game and arrive after the game at 12:30 am. Tony's place was perfect to stay overnight and wake up the next morning to drive back to Nashville. Tony was a great host.

graduation weekend

I could not have asked for a better place nor host. Will definitely be rebooking in the future for other events. Tony was simply wonderful and the space couldn’t have been better or more well equipped.
