The residence was relatively easy to find and gain access to - very explicit instructions and communications from the property manager. We did find that the residence was not clean as we would normally expect - food and wrappers underneath the hide-a-bed, the toilet was not well cleaned and when we pulled the hide-a-bed open, there was more food and wrappers inside. Other than that, everything was fine.

This property was I a great location! Under 4 minutes to the freeway;under 10 to Disney and airport
It was a great location and cute little unit. It could be better stocked with supplies and have the courtyard prepared for guests, yet overall it was good for our purposes.

Great Homebase
Me and my two sons (8 & 10) stayed at this beautiful unit for 4 days as we explored the area and loved it. The space is beautiful well lit, easy to get in and out of and super comfortable. The beds were super cozy and comfy, and each room had their own AC unit, which is nice when you have different temped family members :) Its a new property, and its a different design from anywhere we have stayed before. It feels like it was designed to be a VRBO... perhaps what hotels will become in the future if that makes sense. Two bedrooms, nice bathroom, living area with a dining table and a minimalist kitchen. You can definitely make meals, but the space is limited. If you were prepping multiple meals a day it would take some creativity due to the lack of drying space and limited dishes on hand. The unit also has a combo washer/dryer which I have never seen before! It washes AND drys your clothes with no change over by you. Only downside is it takes about 3 hours for a cycle, so factor that into your planning while you stay. We would stay here again without hesitation. For a family of 4-6, this place is an awesome base for visiting southern california!
