As you walk in the front door, you’ll find the first living area straight ahead. The second living space, the Carolina room, is just beyond. Both living areas feature comfortable furnishings, flat screen TVs and access to the pool area with fantastic views of the Atlantic Dunes golf course.

The deluxe, fully renovated kitchen offers plenty of counter space, stainless appliances, including a wine fridge, and everything you’ll need to cook a meal for your guests. The dining area sits between the two living rooms and offers seating for 10 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.

The newly renovated laundry room has a secondary refrigerator for added convenience.

Just off the dining area you’ll find the first of 2 primary suites, a king bed, flat screen TV and a private renovated bathroom with a large vanity and a tiled walk-in shower. The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home. The first bedroom features 2 sets of built-in bunk beds, as well as a twin bed. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The next room features a queen bed with a private bathroom featuring a tiled walk-in shower. The 2nd primary suite features a king bed, flat screen TV and sliding doors that lead out to the pool deck. The stunning master bathroom features a separate vanity outside of the bathroom, as well as a large dual vanity inside and a tiled walk-in shower.

This Hilton Head Sea Pines home rental has a remarkable outdoor space with a large pool, attached spa, lounge seating, a dining table and a gas grill. You’ll find the beach is just a short, 5-7 minute walk away!
