Open clean space

The space is super open and clean and we had a great time on our trip to OCMD. Very close to the beach and boardwalk. Loved the place - can't wait to come back!

Nice stay!

You stay at this place for the size and location. The condo itself wasn't the most well-maintained, but it served its purpose well! Would highly recommend for groups of friends looking for a fun beach weekend with convenient access to everything.

Great location and property!

This location was perfect for us. We were close to the boardwalk. It was very clean and easy to access. We were on the second floor which was close to the pool. We would love to come back here again!

Spacious and great location

Place is as advertised. Kitchen cleaning supplies were missing (dish soap, towels, paper towels) and only 3 coffee mugs. They gave us Palmolive though, when we asked. Kitchen granite counter top is not secure, slanting and not properly supported. Can’t safely sit at the bar stools as a result. Hope they correct this, it is currently being held up by boards. Sometimes pre-checkin I had to write several times before getting a response, but always did get a response. The condo is part of a larger hotel chain so check in like a hotel, which was convenient for late arrival. Location is convenient and nice parking lot under building. Nice views. Quiet; could not hear neighbors.

Great experience

Me and my group enjoyed our stay!!! A lot more spacious then the pictures make it out to be. We had 13 people that fit perfectly with still a lot room to hang around. Everything was a 6-10 minute drive. 1 block walking from the beach/ boardwalk. Would definetly stay again!

We opened these condos in 2009 and have been receiving guests for the season since then. We also have a few other properties that we have been renting since 1977. Amongst these we have the Grand Hotel and The Americana Properties.

Welcome to the Americana Condos 10th street, One of Ocean City Maryland’s condo rentals, located downtown at 107 10th street, just a minute away from the famous ocean city boardwalk.The Americana Condos has a private parking lot and is a secure building, with key-card entry and video monitoring. The ground level area is for used for parking. We have and indoor pool on the second floor and a sun deck on the third floor facing the ocean side whilst the condos balconies are facing the bay with its beautiful sunsets.Enjoy a luxurious open floor plan in this newly built 3-bedroom, 2 full bath, Ocean City condo with ceramic tile floors all areas of the condo. The kitchen features full granite counter tops and a fully equipped kitchen. This unit includes a full-size washer and dryer and central air and heat. The building does not allow smoking or pets.The kitchen looks into the living area with a nice comfy couch and coffee table facing a 42’’ high-definition LCD TV. Picture your own private balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean city bay side. Have a seat on one of the balcony chairs and set your drink down. Now your vacation begins! The master bedroom features 2 queen sized bed, a private entrance to the balcony, walk in closet, master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, The 2nd bedroom features 2 queen sized beds, a nice sized closet, and a second full bathroom right next door. The 3rd bedroom has either a full bed with a bunk on top+ a trundle bed or 2 bunk beds(ask our staff about either). The condo also offers free WIFI a full set of linens and towels and a laundry room.Guests of Americana Condos are also welcomed to enjoy a pool, located on site(private access). For travelers arriving by car, free parking is available.
