The property was exactly as listed. The location was perfect… within walking distance to everything. Very clean and comfortable. The views were great! Would definitely stay there again.

Check in instructions were easy to follow. The property is very nice, close to a variety of activities. There were bike to use, however I needed to purchase a hex set to fix them. There was a parking issue that went unresolved as well.

The house was very nice, very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had with the house was the water outside was not working and the remotes that weren’t working needed batteries that weren’t there. My main issue overall was with the agent who I spoke to about the item that I found on the site stating that if this house was booked for 4 nights before June 11, 2026 you would receive 1 free night. When I asked about getting the free night I was told that I didn’t qualify because I booked in January instead of May. I didn’t think that was fair and that I was being penalized for booking and paying early. I was then told that if the day was still available close to my arrival date they would email me and I’d get the day. We booked a rental van and I asked to be notified by the Thursday before my trip so I could get my van on Friday, I got the email on that Saturday at 4:00 pm. I was very disappointed and that did me no good. I feel like I was jipped out of a day that I should’ve gotten.

Things are the things we experienced: unsafe broken dining chairs; crooked kitchen cabinets; unsafe loose stairway railings; dirty floors where my bottom of my feet turned black; kitchenware/dishes were dirty; thin see-through toilet paper; poor household maintenance such as old, cracked caulking where the shower pan and floor meet; and worst of all, waking up with a sore irritated throat probably because there was mold in their HVAC. After I stepped out for the day, I felt much better--probably I was not breathing in mold. The bad symptoms would always be in the mornings.
