DAMANGE DEPOSIT: In lieu of taking a damage deposit or card authorization we require guest purchase an $59 property damage protection policy. Upon booking we will reach out to you, with a link to purchase.
MINIMUM AGE OF ALL TRAVELERS IS 25 YEARS, UNLESS PART OF A FAMILY GROUP..

NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OF THE HOME.

NO 3rd PARTY RESERVATIONS. (The guest who makes the reservation must be present for the entire stay)

PETS: Dogs must be pre-approved. House trained, on a flea/tick regiment, put a sheet on the couch to avoid pet dander, and crated when you are not at the condo with them. NO CATS ALLOWED. Additional Pet Agreement and Waiver of Liability required. $50 pet fee for 1-2 dogs, each additional dog require approval and additional fee.

PARKING: 1 guaranteed assigned spot and 1 floater spot that is not guaranteed. There are 9 condos and 17 spots so 8 spots are floaters. So far we have not had an issue bringing 2 cars but again can’t guarantee the 2nd.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS will be applied according to the cancellation policy minus 4% transaction fee.

SECURITY CAMERA: There is doorbell security camera located on the front entrance to the condo.
