This a unique property Virginia Beach Oceanfront area. The building is located off Pacific with its own cul-de-sac. Just one block from the ocean boardwalk. 31st and 24th live entertainment stages are only 4 blocks away. This part of the resort has the more desirable restaurants, very walkable. Harris Tweeter grocery store is an easy two block walk. The triplex building has three 5-bedroom 5 bath units. This unit has the following set up. Please think of two apartments that are stacked on top of each other but connected by stairs and private. As you enter 304 unit from its back stairs where you park on the ground floor, the small entry on this floor is first apartment: Two private queen bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, W/D, living area queen sofa bed, sofa, small kitchen, full size frig, microwave, dishwasher, many cooking appliances(no stove). Taking the stairs to the next level, king bedroom with private bath tub/shower and dual sinks. Two queen bedroom with Jack and Jill shared bath with a shower and dual sinks, another W/D. Also in the hall is a bunk type bed, queen on the floor twin on top with a wall TV, great for children. Stairs to next level is the main living floor with full kitchen, full bathroom, 75 in large TV, kitchen and living, fireplace, large dining room table, large cooking island with three high top chairs, sofa and love sat, daybed, and easy chairs. The roof deck next level has fire pit, grill, umbrella, pergola, sofa and love seat, and Adirondacks seating. Every bedroom and living has its own Flat, streaming TV with one GIG Wi-Fi. 75 in on main floor. Ocean views from the deck of ships passing in the channel, surf in the ocean and night lights of the resort hi rise hotels. Parking is ground floor under building 3 spots included, extra's if needed.

Condo very comfy for family of 9. Just one block off boardwalk. Lots of restaurants and things to do. Owner very helpful. EV charger very useful.

This was one of the best vacations my large family (7 adults and 9 kids) and I have ever had. This house is huge - so many beds and bathrooms - and a literal step away from the beach. John is amazing! He was so accommodating and welcoming. We will be staying there again!!

Thanks for the nice review, I personally, as a Class A contractor build the building, add many different things, sound proofing for one. The design is based on three generations families coming to the beach. Grandparents have a floor, basically and apartment to entertain the grands, the adults have the roof deck and main kitchen and living. 5 bedrooms 5 bathrooms, sofa bed, loft bed( queen twin) and day bed (2 twins). two kitchen, two w/D's, two living rooms, 2 beach buggies w large tires to slide over sand to the beach. Large space for large family

We stayed in this property with our 7 children and Grandma. There was more than enough space for our whole family. And we really enjoyed the location. The rooftop deck was perfect for watching the 4th of July fireworks.

Great location and loved the roof patio. I would have preferred an elevator however the stairs were ok. Kitchen was well equipped and towels bedding was great. Parking was tight but there was some on street passes that worked well. Had a lot of beach toys and equipment.

Amazing 4th of July Spot!

We loved our stay at this property! Being able to walk to the beach (and use the provided beach buggies, chairs, and umbrella) was ideal. Our group included 12 adults and the space was perfect for a group of our size - everyone had a bed, there were plenty of bathrooms, and the common areas could fit all of us for meals, games, and just hanging out. The fireworks from the rooftop were incredible on the 4th! We had a perfect view and loved being able to enjoy the show from the comfort of our own space. The host was very communicative and helpful both before and throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Plenty of Bedrooms/bathrooms for 10, perfect walking distance from beach and boardwalks, rooftop was nice bonus. House was stocked nicely with necessary items. Great Parking off-street. Seating in living room was not the greatest could be time for an upgrade. Host was so good, always available and very helpful and accommodating!

House was dirty, we had to clean, ac didn’t work in the bedrooms and host refused to help until contacted VRBO. Save yourself stay somewhere else.

Perfect

We stayed here for a basketball tournament. We were four adults and 5 middle school girls. The location was perfect,plenty of room. We had a minor confusion about the parking, but then were able to figure it out and everything was fine. There were plenty of towels, just basic, and the roof deck was very nice. I'm pretty particular about towels, so I would probably bring my own next time. LOL We would stay again and it was perfect for team bonding. Lots of stairs, so that could be an issue for some.

Convenient & Spacious Unit

The unit was spacious, with plenty of room for the kids to run around, and the adults not being on top of each other. It was only a short walk to the beach, restaurants & groceries (Harris Teeter). Playgrounds and mini-golf are only a few blocks away, for those who didn't want the beach daily. Jon provided carts, umbrellas, toys, and chairs for the beach, a nice benefit. Parking was a bit difficult, trying to squeeze into the spaces. Jon was there to greet us when we drove in and showed us the unit. It was very convenient having two washer/dryers & two kitchens. There were plenty of towels for our use.

Thanks for the nice review. Parking is tight ground floor, 2 220 EV parking spaces, but allows for plenty of parking under building. I have house parking, street parking and additional parking(included) in city parking garage two blocks away( in and out). FYI private parking can run $40 to $60 a night, depending on day, holiday or special events. Having parking some close to the beach( one block) is a big plus for my guests.

Worked great for our needs, with the group that we had.

We loved the location and the amount of rooms and beds provided. The house could use some minor repairs, things you wouldn’t expect to see for the price of the rental… The camera on the rooftop made us somewhat uncomfortable. Jon was extremely helpful upon arrival with arranging groceries to be brought into the building since it took us longer to get there than anticipated. The linens and towels being provided was great with the amount of people we had. King size bed was extremely comfortable.

Great Family Vacation

We rented two of John's units right next to each other for two large families and our vacation was amazing. The location is perfect and only a block away from the beach. The host is very easy to reach and takes care of any issues right away. John is also a very nice person and we really appreciated staying in his home. Would definitely come back again!! Also he has beach buggies and extra beach equipment which helped us out a lot! P.S.- There are four flights of stairs but the rooftop is amazing and we used it a lot!!

Great Location

I highly recommend the property. The location is convenient. Parking is available. It worked for us where I have my 4 employees sleep on the 2nd floor with their own kitchenette and laundry, while my family slept on the 3rd floor. The 4th floor was spacious to accommodate all of us for sit-down meals. The roof deck is a great feature.

This property is a great location to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean, some times a real ocean, sometimes a lake with no waves. Great places Atlantic on Pacific( best oyster happy hour at the beach) or Parlor Donuts ( new and great, hit for breakfast) LOCATION LOCATION, LOCATION. Park the car. Start it up when you leave if you want. Very walkable. Coffee shops: Starbucks, Vlove, Parlor, 7 11. Harris Teeter grocery store, two blocks, CVS and Walgreens two blocks. Our location is 27th, 31st main street, many restaurant's and bars.
