Une belle, joliment décorée, 3 BR, 2. 5 BA maison dans un quartier de plage résidentiel, comme une station balnéaire, disponible uniquement chaque semaine entre la fête du Travail jusqu'au Memorial Day, du samedi au samedi, et hebdomadaire et mensuelle en location d'hiver. . Les photos vous guident à travers le pont du troisième étage jusqu'au premier étage et à la cour avant. La maison est à quelques pas de la plage; c'est la troisième maison de la plage mais un peu au milieu du bloc. Pour arriver à la plage, vous marchez sur environ 1/2 pâté de maisons parallèle au rivage de la plage, puis tournez à gauche et passez devant trois maisons et vous êtes à la plage! Il y a des vues très limitées sur l'océan depuis la chambre et la terrasse du troisième étage. 1 garage et 4 voitures sont confortablement installés dans l'allée. Le troisième étage a une immense chambre principale avec un lit king-size, un grand dressing avec beaucoup de cintres et un espace d'étagère, et une salle de bain principale avec coin salon et terrasse privée. La salle de bain principale a une baignoire, deux lavabos et une douche séparée. La chambre principale a également un lit superposé double et un canapé-lit, parfait pour les réunions de famille. Le deuxième étage est un plan d'étage complètement ouvert et abrite une vaste cuisine, avec une table de petit-déjeuner pour 4 personnes, un comptoir de hauteur de bar, une demi-salle de bain et un placard avec laveuse, sécheuse et au-dessus des armoires de laveuse. La cuisine a des appareils en acier inoxydable: réfrigérateur à double porte avec machine à glaçons et distributeur d'eau et de glace, lave-vaisselle Bosch, cuisinière à convection GE Profile, avec tiroirs chauffants, four à convection grille-pain (comptoir) de grande taille Breville, cafetière Keurig 2. 0, cappucino et expresso cafetière, cafetière ordinaire. Grand salon avec beaucoup de places assises dans une section avec 2 sièges inclinables et console multimédia avec port HDMI et deux prises de 110 V, coin repas près de la cuisine, placard de jeux. Une table supplémentaire près de la porte du pont peut être utilisée comme poste de travail informatique. Terrasse sur le salon avec foyer intérieur-extérieur (location non-été uniquement s'il vous plaît). Le premier étage a deux chambres, une salle de bain complète, un placard à linge, une salle de jeux et le foyer. Chambre 1 au premier étage a un lit queen, tandis que la chambre 2 a un lit simple simple et un lit superposé. Téléviseur HDTV mural supplémentaire dans la salle de jeux. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision HD à écran plat. Le salon Smart TV dispose de l'application Netflix. Câble, internet. Garage pour une voiture. Cour arrière privée clôturée. Beaucoup de stationnement dans l'allée. Chariot de plage, chaises de plage, parasols pour les semaines d'été. Cour arrière avec grill et douche extérieure. La maison est à seulement 0,9 mile de la promenade à la 5ème rue. Vous pouvez faire du jogging tôt le matin ou des balades à vélo sur la promenade, tout en profitant du charme calme d'une plage résidentielle pendant des heures de plage et du quartier impressionnant le soir. Parking dans la rue très limité, uniquement pendant la journée, pour garantir vos vacances au calme. Les feux d'artifice de Virginia Beach (le 4 juillet et tous les dimanches d'été) peuvent être appréciés (vue très limitée) depuis le pont du 3ème étage, ou depuis la plage, au point Rudee Inlet. Les draps ne sont pas inclus mais peuvent être loués séparément d'une entreprise de location de linge de Virginia Beach.

We had a great trip! This house was perfect and extremely clean probably the cleanest house we’ve ever rented over 15 years!! it had great beach access and was centrally located to all the great things in Virginia Beach. Highly recommend. The owner was very attentive and had great communication.

This is the place!

Look no further! Great family vacation house! The house is bigger than we expected. Wonderful location. plenty of room for my kids stretch out for the week. Beach is just a short walk. The owners are easy to work with. We will stay again!

Perfect location at Croatan Beach

This house is super close to the beach! This is our second year renting the house and everyone enjoyed their vacation. Appreciate having all the necessary kitchen equipment, beach chairs, beach buggies, and plenty of parking for our 2 cars. Enit gives clear directions and was always available if needed.

Fantastic House and Location

This house is wonderful, and in a great location very close to the beach. This area across the other side of Rudee inlet from the boardwalk is all residential so the beach does not get crowded. It is close enough to the boardwalk to enjoy the attractions but is very calm and tranquil. The house has great balconies with views of the sea and lots of beach furniture and bicycles to borrow. I would rent this property again.

Family fun in Virginia Beach

This was a wonderful place for our family vacation at Virginia Beach! The layout of the home worked great to give everyone some space, yet room to gather for meals and movies. It was great to have such a well equipped kitchen, including high-end pots and pans. We loved the comfy sectional in the living room with the fireplace and big TV ready to go. The beach was so close, and very secluded, allowing us lots of elbow room when we spent time by the surf. We would definitely plan to return!

Awesome house!

From the very start, Enit was incredibly friendly, informative and on top of things. The house was super clean when we arrived and was stocked with everything we would need just like at home. Very spacious and comfortable—beach supplies too! The short walk to the beach access was easy, too. We would definitely love to return in the future! Thank you Enit!!

Great house, but a lot of jet noise.

The home was great with very positive experience from owners. Some minor issues such as light bulbs out. Great neighborhood. With Oceana Naval Air Station nearby nearly constant jet noise from around 8:00 am to around midnight. Overall a positive experience.

Family had a blast!

Our first big family vacation was an absolute delight! The home was spacious and the fully stocked kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, serving bowls, etc) and game closet really made traveling with kids easy! Enit was very gracious, kind and helpful. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner! We will definitely be staying again! The house is a block away from the beach and for the price, you're getting a deal! Not that far from downtown beach area if you're interested in going by bike or car. Beautiful home, excellent location, great interaction with owner = best vacation ever!

The perfect balance in Virginia Beach

Sea Dream Croatan was the perfect place for us! It's close enough to enjoy the Virginia Beach boardwalk, shops, and restaurants, but also super quiet to return to after a busy day. Croatan Beach was clean and not crowded at all. Most pet friendly beach houses have the smell of pets, BUT not this one. The beach was an easy walk. I will recommend that if you drive a vehicle that is low to the ground you may want to use the street parking as the driveway is steep. Enit was an excellent hostess, very helpful and responsive. We will be looking for an opportunity to stay here again!

Family Vacation

Enit’s place was perfect for a vacation for our family. Lots of space for my husband, infant, in-laws, and dog to stay. My infant still wakes up overnight, especially on vacation, and it brought us peace of mind to be on the first floor in a room next to his and two floors away from where my in-laws stayed so that we didn’t have to worry about him waking anyone up. Lots of room to relax on the second floor and on the decks. We made food on the grill 3 nights which worked out great. Very quiet neighborhood, quick walk to the beach and beach is not heavily populated. Enit was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is perfectly located in Croatan, a wonderful neighborhood just south of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk and the hustle and bustle of the resort area. It is so close to it (0.9 mile) you can actually jog to it (our favorite activity during early hours of most summer days), or bike there. Croatan is an oceanfront and direct ocean access residential neighborhood with a wonderful and caring community. The beach is only 5 min walk. There are some limited views of the Ocean from the third floor of the house and decks.

It is in the best location in Croatan; Very limited street parking guarantees your quiet vacation in a neighborhood with limited traffic and very quiet, not crowded beach.The beach we access through Twilight lane is exclusively for swimming, (enforced by lifeguards who ticket surfers, if any) hence very safe for small children. If you would like to surf with a surfing board, there are dedicated and exclusive surfing areas at the northern and southern most parts of the beach.. Very close to the boardwalk but still super quiet. Fully furnished with all amenities, board games.
