A cozy airbnb on the 16th floor of the high rise building with west facing. The building has indoor pool and gym open to our guests. Enjoy the gorgeous rocky mountain view with afternoon sun, and city night view as well.
The space
First bedroom: one queen size bed
Second bedroom: one double size bed
Office: one futon which can be easily turned into a double size bed
Comfortable sleep 6 adults with a couple of kids.
Guest access
As our guest you'll have access to the following amenities:
âą Indoor heated pool
âą Professionally cleaned apartment
âą One outdoor assigned parking stall plus plenty of street parking space
âą Commercial sized fully equipped gym
âą Kitchen w/ electric stove; complete with all utensils, appliances
âą 70 sqft balcony with mountain view
âą High speed internet and Roku TV (Youtube, netflix and etc)
âą Large social lounge (temporarily closed due to covid19)
âą Common laundry room in the building (additional fee apply)
Other things to note
You must also acknowledge:
-A piece of government issued ID is required to be sent to host.
-Early check-in or late check-out base on cleaner's availability and may subject to additional charge.
-Adding guests after booking is confirmed is subject to approval and additional guest fee may apply.
-Noise detector installed in-suite (100% Privacy-safe with no recordings or camera).
-Surveillance cameras are installed in common areas (lobby, hallway etc) in the building.
-One outdoor parking stall assigned.
-Not responsible for any items left inside the unit after check out.
-Not responsible for collecting mails or Amazon packages.
-For long stay, only initial household supplies and toiletries are provided.
