The home is beautiful and well stocked. Our disappointment was with the condition of the pool and hot tub. Neither had been recently treated, and the pool was green with algae, The host gave us instructions on running an automatic cleaner, and back washing the filter to the pool, but a professional with the correct chemicals did not come until the fourth day. Even after his treatment there was still considerable algae in the bottom of the pool. Likewise, the hot tub was also 'funky'. Fortunately, a guest owned a hot tub and knew how to test the chlorine level, bought the correct chemical to treat the hot tub, and made it usable.

Thank you for the kind words about the home — we love sharing it. I'm sorry the pool wasn't where it should have been for part of your stay. I didn't hear from you until two days into the trip, so I had no idea anything was off until then — but the moment I did, I had the technician out as quickly as I could. He confirmed the water was balanced and let you know it would stay cloudy for a few days as it cleared, which is normal after treatment. When I checked in midweek, it was mentioned that things were good, so I was not aware that there was still an issue. I only wish I'd known about the hot tub — I never heard there was an issue, and I would have jumped on it right away. I'm always just a text away and truly want guests to reach out the moment something isn't right, so I can take care of it while you're still here to enjoy it. Thank you for the feedback.

Beautiful home, wish we could’ve stayed longer

Beautiful home, well-maintained, and very clean. We were happy with all the amenities. Lots of on-site activities for those with children and young adults. Wish we had the ability to stay longer to make use of all of the amenities on site and the greater Chattanooga area to explore.

Incredible family getaway!

This large, warmly accommodating home was the prefect fit for our 4 families with young grandchildren! There was plenty to keep us entertained with the basketball court, chickens, kids play area, hot tub, patio, screened in porch, front porch, and downstairs media room. Meals were awesome with the best ever stocked kitchen. Tiffany was very responsive with any question or needs we had. We can't wait to go back!

The PERFECT Southern Plantation

This home was even better than it looked in the listing!!! Three stories of perfectly decorated, very organized, picturesque space. Plenty of room to hang with family. Kitchen was immaculate and well outfitted. For such a nice looking home, it was extremely comfortable for us and our teenage kids. Felt very much like”home”.The outdoor space was also perfect. 7 acres, with a great outdoor patio dining table, hot tub, and large pool. The hosts were very kind, communicative, and patient with some of the questions I had about certain functionalities of the pool, etc.Highly recommend their beautiful home for your future stay. We will definitely be reaching out to them again.

Beautiful park like experience

Can't say enough. The overall experience we had both at this property and the area we visited was exactly what we were looking for. The home showed pretty much as what was shown in the listing, but was much, much better in reality. The home was very well furnished and very inviting. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and even found things we didnt even think of, but our host did. There was plenty of room and many things to do inside the house for both the adults and kids. But the real pleasure was outside. The kids couldnt get enough of the outside activities. Great memories were made watching and playing with them on the trampoline, swingset, basketball court and we set up a slip and slide in the backyard that keep the kids busy forever. The kids had their scooters and spent time just going back and forth on the long smoot driveway. They played soccer, and even spent a couple hours catching fireflys in the front of the house was the adults relaxed on the front porch. Watching the kids go out to the chicken coop and get eggs in the morning, letting them out in the afternoon and free range, and corraling them back in the coop in the early evening was exciting for them and just a great memory for us. The house isnt more then 5 -10 minutes away from almost anything you need and 30 - 35 minutes away from alot more. We did the incline railroad, cooledge park, Lake Winnie, Tennessee railroad ride and museum, Even did a family visit to a local farm. Super Time

This house was great, the location was very quiet, and the absence of traffic combined with no neighboring houses nearby and the deer who wander through the yard on a regular basis makes it seem far out in the country. But if you need something, groceries, gas, or whatever you’ll find it’s only 10-15 minutes away. The house is beautiful with large rooms, and while you’re cooking in the kitchen you can still be involved with the rest of the family in the living room. Our grandchildren’s ages range from 5 to 19 years old and each one had plenty of space and lots of activities provided in the home. Their favorite activity was the large swimming pool out back, but the basketball court saw some action as well. A severe thunderstorm was approaching one afternoon and the weather radio in the house alerted us to the approaching storm. We had no electricity for about an hour, but we were able to cook on the outdoor grill. Then we had dinner around the table in the outdoor dining area, there was enough seating for all eleven of us. The large front porch was a wonderful place to sit and read, or to enjoy the oversize porch swing. The outdoor cat Payton might even show up and hang out with you for a little while, if he felt like it. The house is truly deserving of all 10’s as their rating.

Perfect for family vacation with kids.

We definitely would stay here again. Plenty to do inside and outside. Kids played outside and had plenty of games and toys inside. This was a very blessed and special time for our family. Best equipped kitchen I have experienced. House was spectacular and cozy. Close to attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Excellent home for families

We rented the house for a large family vacation (5 adults and 5 kids). This home was perfect for our group. The home was large so we had plenty of space to fit everyone comfortably. The kitchen table was even large enough to fit us all, which is always a challenge. The home had so much for the kids to do which was great for the days we didn’t have activities planned. The location was secluded and private but still convenient to doing things around Chattanooga. Tiffany was an excellent host and was very prompt in all communication before and during our stay. It was a great vacation for our entire family, we can’t recommend the property enough. Thank you for opening your home to us.

We have stayed at a lot of home on our Family Trip in the past. This one was by far the best. The home was very clean and inviting. It was big enough for our while family. And the chicken are the best. My grandson now wants some. And we had fresh eggs every morning.

Perfect getaway

Great location, accommodations, amenities and host. A large(er) family trip - originally 10 of us with 2 surprise guests last minute, plenty of room for all from all aspects of the house - beds/bath/space/social areas etc.. Very relaxing and felt like our home away from home. If back in the Chattanooga area again will definitely stay here.
