Very nice property that exactly met our needs. Nice kitchen, generous bedrooms and I really appreciated the king sized bed. Air Conditioning worked great and was running when we got there which is nice. I recommend you check out the yard, there is a nice spot with a swing near the creek.

Relaxing stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights, my husband, 2 teens, and a beagle. The kids loved the pool table and the creek. We really enjoyed the property. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Place was great and was perfect for my wife, 2 older boys and 4 legged boys. Large open field with nice creek. Fishing was challenging due to low water and temperatures. Pool table was great , kitchen and bedrooms worked out well. Close to shopping , dining and Chattanooga. Host checked on us as well.

This place is amazing! The setting is so peaceful and beautiful. We really enjoyed sitting by the creek and relaxing. It was a wonderful place to be able to escape the business of life but be within a couple miles of major stores. We loved how close it was to Chatanooga. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Perfect home away from home!

The house was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the view was amazing! We had privacy to just hang out and enjoy the outside space. Joseph was accommodating when we arrived a little early, and we just felt perfectly right at home!

Fishing trip

My second stay at this home and it was just as awesome as the first stay. The property is so beautiful and very well maintained. The owners were very friendly and responsive. Check in and out was very simple and easy. I highly recommend this property and I hope to be able to visit again in the future.

Wonderful stay here. The house is older and so some things inside our just slightly dated but everything is in superb working condition! Everything was clean and the beds had memory foam cushions which were delightful. The place is great for those who like to fish as there is a lovely river nearby. Very close to grocery stores and shops but totally away from busy traffic. I would recommend this place to others in the future.

We loved the outdoor areas. If you walk out the back door and go to your right along the tree line, after a bit you will come to an area of the creek with a small bench that is perfect for meditation or quiet sitting overlooking the creek. Heading back left along the creek gives you nice views of the field between the creek and house, which this season was full of small spring wildflowers. After passing the house and continuing on you will find a fire pit, swing, and picnic table with access to the creek for wading or sitting on the large rocks along the edge.. We also enjoyed all of our meals on the back porch and inside had a great time playing pool. We found everything we needed for cooking meals. The house was clean and the Wi-Fi signal strong. Our host showed up Saturday morning to check in and see if we needed anything and recommended local hiking trails and even brought us some extra firewood and extra seating for the firepit. We had a great time and appreciate his kindness and generosity.

Amazing vacation

I have to say this for sure is our favorite vacation so far. The place is beautiful, it has everything you need right there to make your vacation seem perfect. the place is just breathtaking. My husband enjoyed fishing in the creek and we both loved exploring the creek and woods around the property. Its close to Chattanooga if you want to site see, but you may not even want to leave the property - Sitting outside at night at the campfire was also amazing. The owners Joe & Sandy were great also..we enjoyed spending time with them during our vacation. Our two dogs probably enjoyed this vacation as much as we did also. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked our summer vacation here also. I highly recommend this place to anyone and we will be making this our vacation spot again and again.

Stay.

The owner was nice. Down falls were, there was dog hair EVERYWHERE, and the inside had a weird STRONG odor.. I had it rented for 2 nights, but do to the dog hair and odor we all left and rented else where. Should have some sort of reimbursement.

Jared, we appreciate and welcome constructive feedback, although we and the homeowner don't believe this feedback is warranted. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance and the cabin is thoroughly cleaned prior to each stay. After the owner spoke with you and your guests upon check-in, we were under the impression that you left early due to the policy restricting parties. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do expect guests to respect the policies in place for each of our owner's properties. As evident in other reviews, past guests regularly have five-star experience at this property and are confident future guests will have exceptional stays! Best, the Evolve Team
