Seawind 1303 | Alabama Getaway Vacation Rentals

Important Seawind Elevator Construction Notice
We are excited to announce that Seawind will undergo an elevator modernization project to enhance guest experience. The project will start October 20, 2025 and last through the end of April 2026. During this time, one elevator will remain in service for guests to use while the other elevator is out of service for updates. This may cause longer wait times during busy times of the day (check in/check out, lunch/dinner time, or during a pop up rainstorm). If you have any questions or concerns about the elevator upgrade project, please contact the AG vacation rentals team. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Everything was great except; the condo was not easy to navigate for disabled seniors. I know it wasn't listed as ADA compliant, but higher toilets, grab bars by toilets and in showers would be great - even a walk-in shower helps! This is not criticism but only a recommendation.

Loved our stay! The condo was very clean and well represented as pictured. Great Communication with the host/ service. I would encourage a few more instructions related to arrival, like where the main door center to the complex is, ect. We were a little confused. No complaints!

The unit was very clean, kitchen was stocked with all the amenities that we needed. Beds were very comfortable! You are paying for 3 bedrooms, but the 3rd bedroom is so extremely small that the bed barely fits and the headboard bangs against the wall every time you make a movement! The patio was great, beautiful views with comfortable furniture! The host interaction was prompt and curtious. My complaint is the unit needs updates to their kitchen, bathrooms, and furniture. Pretty old style. The biggest complaint I have and why I gave it an okay rating is the building itself! The workout room and pool are in a different building and the pool area and the pool are very small!! We were told ahead of time that the building was down to one elevator, but I had no idea it was going to be that bad! This is in no way the owners fault, but for what we paid thru VRBO, I expected much better. I would not rent in this building again.

Great location. Kitchen was well stocked with essential items. Master bedroom could use new bed pad and sheets, nothing would stay tucked in as elastic wasn't the greatest. Overall a very nice condo. Would stay again.

Relaxing Week Away

This was our second trip to Gulf Shores. Our rental was on the 13 th floor. We had a beautiful beach view. The accomodations were clean, quiet and all we needed for a relaxing get away. Despite the foggy, overcast weather for several days this trip, we had a great time. The beach here is beautiful. We did a lot of walking on the beach and found lots of beautiful shells.

Amazing Experience

Everything about this property was fantastic. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. We had a tiny plumbing issue, and it was handled very quickly by attentive and courteous staff. The security guards were very nice and helpful, and I didn’t feel the property even needed security guards. Will definitely stay there again!

Perfect Getaway!

Great stay

We had a great stay at the newly updated condo. The location was perfect, the balcony was larger than most with plenty of comfortable and sturdy furniture for the family to relax and watch the dolphins. The condo is in a great central location to restaurants, groceries, and everything else you could need. Furniture was newly updated, modern, and comfortable in all the rooms. The kitchen was a great size. It had all of the pots, pans, plates, etc., but beware there are no spices like salt and pepper or cooking spray that many other condos have. We would absolutely recommend this place to families!

Spring Break 2021

We had a pleasant experience booking and staying in a condo on this property. It was nice and clean, all in working order with the exception of one of the elevators and they were trying to fix it but was having difficulties keeping it running. But we had a very pleasant elevator attendant that was playing musical elevators 😊 It was a nice surprise! I would definitely book another stay and recommend to anyone.

Spring Break

Check in was a bit frustrating, but the property manager and security guard helped us out. The door key pay battery was dead and could not be replaced until the following day. The security guard let us in with is key.

Beautiful condo in a great location!!

This is a beautiful condo with a beautiful view! We had a little trouble at check in but management was super quick in responding and getting us inside. This area felt very safe and the people were very friendly. The only thing I would recommend is to supply the basic needs such as trash bags, toilet paper, and dish washing detergent for our stay. This is the first VRBO I stayed in that did not. Also, supplying a few beach towels and not having to haul ours from home in luggage would have been great! Overall, I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!!

Girl's Mother's Day Getaway

Took my mother and met my best friend there for a getaway for Mother's Day! It was amazing! The condo was in the perfect location and the view from the balcony was breath taking. We spent hours on the balcony drinking wine, enjoying the view, laughing and just completely relaxing. Even the little rain that we had did not spoil the event. Thank you so much for providing such an amazing space for us to meet up. The proximity to the beach was great and we really didn't need to bring anything to take to the beach. Everything was there and perfectly packed for easy transport if needed. We cooked in the unit and had everything we needed to enjoy our meals. And the beds....oh my...the beds were so comfortable!! I slept like a baby!! The only issue we had was with one of the televisions not getting reception but it was resolved on the 2nd day of our visit. I hope to return for another visit soon and will definitely recommend to my friends.
