Cette unité Penthouse de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain a été récemment rénovée. L'unité 1153 est une unité avant du golfe située à Phoenix I. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et d'une télévision à écran plat. La chambre a un lit King et une télévision à écran plat. La chambre numéro 3 a un lit Queen et une télévision à écran plat. Ce logement dispose d'un canapé-lit dans le salon ainsi que d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un accÚs au balcon. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée.

It was a beautiful place to stay, however it was not the cleanest, The floors were dirty, The white cabinets had smudges and were dirty, Something that would be a plus would be screens for the sliding doors, We loved to hear the ocean so we wanted to keep it open but there was no screens to keep bugs from coming in, Overall it was still a beautiful place to stay. The Master bedroom was amazing! The view that we had from the bed with those glass windows was awesome,

Loved everything about the property!Great views, easy access to restaurants and other activities. Beach is absolutely gorgeous! The condo was spacious, clean and well stocked.My only issue was men showed up to install new weatherstrip on the door and we had no idea that was happening. They had the door open before they knocked so it was a shock!!! And of course it was very noisy with drills running. So, that was very aggravating to us!Other than that, everything was top notch!!!

Family vacation

The place was amazing. The ocean views, the people and the company. Convenient location for walking to restaurants, shops, etc. Our kids absolutely loved the vacation home and can't wait to go back!

Great Family Vacation

Great view of the water and beach from inside or on balcony. Condo had plenty of space and could accommodate 2 families, although we only had 4. Plenty of parking, two elevators for short waits, short drive to shopping. Had a great week at the beach.

GREAT place to stay!!

Plenty of room at Phoenix 1 for 4 adults in a 3BR, large ocean facing balcony with plenty of comfortable chairs. Liquid Life Rentals and the Phoenix 1 front desk were responsive to any issues. Furniture was comfy and updated. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Fun at orange beach

Everything was good during out stay except living room sofa, it was too noisy to sit on. We enjoyed the view from balcony and home was decorated.

Great place. 3rd bedroom bed creaks and needs new mattress and wood molding by entrance door needs replacement. Otherwise clean sheets Clean bathroom. Big plus!

Wonderful Time and View

This penthouse suite was amazing. The giant balcony on the 15th floor was perfect for all of us to hangout, drink coffee and enjoy the sunrise, or drink beverages and watch the sunset. We enjoyed making meals, playing games and the beach! Everyone slept well and felt comfortable and relaxed. Lots of room and TVs for everyone. Look forward to staying here again.

Spacious condo!

We had a great time! There were a few issues with the dryer not drying, took 2-3 cycles. Some of the drawers didn’t work and came off a lot. Rooms were spacious and overall a good experience

Great location and condo

We have stayed in 3 different Phoenix I units over 3 years and this was our favorite. The condo was well stocked and included all described and expected amenities. Although the property manager said to pack a hair dryer, there were two in the unit! The views were great, the master bed was comfortable, our kids loved the large bathtub. The one downside was that the cleaning job done prior to our arrival was not as thorough as I would expect, given the professional and relatively high cleaning fee.

BEAUTIFUL

Absolutely beautiful, liquid life was quick to respond to any questions/issues, my only complaint was we certainly did not get checked in at 3, it was almost 5, it was rough with small kids all waiting without any knowledge of when we would get in. But overall it was so beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need!

One critique is the lack of blackout curtains in the master bedroom that wall to ceiling glass. It’s a gorgeous view but I’d have preferred curtains that block they light.

Overall great experience

Just what we needed for family of eight. Great location, very clean, and very spacious. Beautiful views and interior decor. Kitchen is pretty well stocked. Checkin is all self guided and was a little confusing figuring out where we were supposed to be. Noone was working front desk to help us and Had to go to another building for parking pass. Washer and dryer not the best and drying clothes took FOREVER, but overall great experience and would come back.

unparalleled view

When you get up to the 15th floor and walk into your unit, the view of the beach and the ocean are just wonderful. There was a lot of space on the balcony for us to sit and watch for the dolphins. The kitchen table and chairs were great for doing jigsaw puzzles and serving meals. The only negative I have is that the furniture needs replacing. The couches have no support and are very uncomfortable. There's one rocker that is also uncomfortable. The beds were fine. The location on the beach cannot be beat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 and my parents (total of 7: 4 adults and 3 kids) spent a week in this beautiful condo!!! The balcony was incredible and the condo is well equipped to sleep everyone comfortably. The beach was beautiful and the ocean was superb! Lots of fun in the pools, game room, and sports activities like basketball for my twin sons! We had great communication with the Liquid Life team and the staff at the condo was super friendly. Only complaint was the dryer in the unit didn’t dry well so we had to dry our clothing several times each load, but otherwise it was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location could not have been more perfect! Awesome amenities, great space. But one thing I must say is that the queen bed should have a memory foam topper... Just a suggestion. When I laid on the queen bed springs Hitting my spine. It felt like one of those cheap mattresses that they put on sofa beds. Also the cleaning service needs to be improved. Seems like they just swept the sand that was on the floor of each bedroom into the closet and just left it there.
