L'unité 1409 de Seawind a été entièrement mise à jour et meublée! Tous les nouveaux sols, peintures, meubles !!!

La cuisine a de belles armoires en bois massif, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable ... elle est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de vos vacances. Une très grande buanderie se trouve au large de la cuisine avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur.

Le salon dispose de nombreux sièges confortables avec un grand téléviseur HD et un lecteur DVD Smart BluRay. Le salon donne sur la plage et a accès au pont avant du golfe. La table de salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes avec plus de sièges trouvés au bar de la cuisine.

La chambre principale et la chambre d'hôtes disposent toutes deux de lits king-size. Tous les meubles de ce condo sont neufs !!! La chambre principale a accès à la grande terrasse avant du golfe! La «chambre avec lits superposés» dispose de lits jumeaux sur des lits superposés complets. Toutes les chambres, le salon et les lits superposés sont équipés de TVHD et de lecteurs DVD BluRay avec accès à NetFlix. Les bains des maîtres et des invités sont à la fois grands et très luxueux avec des comptoirs en granit.

Fantastic location

We had high expectations going into our vacation in Gulf Shores and this property knocked it out of the park. Clean, quiet, great location, great views of sunrise/sunset, short drive to anything you want. Can't wait to return!

Family Beach Trip

We love staying at Seawinds. Can’t beat the location! Our condo was very nice! The pool is not very big so it was too crowded for kids to play.

Wonderful condo

It's a great place to stay—clean, with good communication with the management group. My only complaint was that the bed in the main bedroom needed a new box spring. I could not sit down on it or shift in bed without waking my spouse. Would have stayed longer had the room been available for a few more days !

This property was perfect for us. We have stayed in the Gulf area many times but this condo was the cleanest of the properties we have stayed at. Nice updates and great location. Would definitely go back!

Wonderful!

This was a fabulous condo, beautifully decorated. The only reason for the 4 was the dish washer did not work, but we managed by washing our own dishes. We loved the beach and the balcony. You can't beat the views and everything was very comfortable. This was a girlfriends getaway and we had a fabulous time. We would go here again.

Beautifully decorated home.

This was a great home for our ladies get away. It is a well layer out with a large balcony and a beautiful view. The only suggestion I would have is that the couch really needs replacing. It still looks good but it not very comfortable. We would love to stay there again.

Expectations!

I was so excited that everything was just as the literature and pictures showed on HomeAway. Everything was beautiful and I had everything I needed. The text line was easy to use and very responsive! Loved my Unit! Appreciate the help from the office and the Security team. I also think the maintenance of the property was excellent! Thank you for a great 6 weeks!

A few concerns.

We had three problem and that was the unit above us spent two days of chipping on the floor with a electric hammer. Tuesday they did not finish until 6 pm. Very loud and annoying. One morning the exterminator let himself in while we were still in the shower. Only reason he could not come in is because we had the clip turned on the door. Also was awaken from sleep because of the loud noise from the deck above at 2 am.

We are very sorry about the noises that you encountered. Unfortunately some owners do repairs or upgrades to their condos in the offseason. That is completely out of our control along with the 2:00am balcony noise. We did contact security to make sure that would not happen again during your stay. As for the exterminator, there were notices posted in the elevator and lobby stating that they would be spraying that day. They always knock first, but we do apologize.

Amazing Location and Extremely Clean!

Just book it. This condo was beautiful and the views were perfect. We stayed during July 4th week and we had kids aged 1, 8, 11, and 18 (yes...crazy!)...we had plenty of space with 7 people. Our 18 yr old could take the big kids down to the beach and we could see them from the balcony. My elderly mom wasn't a huge fan of the beach so she loved relaxing out on the balcony with the view! We read reviews about limited elevators before booking. For us it was fine even during an extremely busy week, leaving though it was crazy busy and full. An easy solution/tip during those busy times: load your car as much as possible the night before leaving so you don't have to deal with big luggage carts fitting onto already full elevators and having to wait. :) Overall we were amazed at the location and experience. We walked to restaurants, souvenir shops, beach, all with elderly mom and a baby. Never started the car once upon arrival! Kitchen had plenty of cookware and dining sets. We travel a lot and were very impressed with this booking. Thank you!!!

Uncomfortable Stay

Decent, clean condo, but the furniture and beds are so uncomfortable that you cannot truly relax. The couch is possibly the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on! I wouldn't have this in a college dorm room! You are literally sitting on wooden frame and springs. Chair is not much better. Bed mattresses are no good either. They reminded us of a baby crib mattress, which makes that crinkling sound any time you move or turn over. Between the two, you will not rest well at all. On the positive, the kitchen was well stocked, the balcony was good size, and the balcony chairs are sturdy and comfy. Nice view from balcony. One other weird thing, one morning we were sitting in the living room and heard a knock on the door. Before we could even stand up a lady just walked in the condo on us!. She was just 'checking on the unit"...weird. It wasn't check-out day or anything. We have stayed all over the country, and have never seen that before. Bottom line, it served the purpose, but we would not stay here again unless the furniture and mattresses were replaced. .

Honest description, nice place

Overall this condo is great, the location can’t be beat. Right on the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants (including hangout). Very clean, comfortable beds and couch, which is super important. Enough space for 8 of us comfortably. Improvements that be made on the little things that would give good place a 5 include not enough towels in the condo for eight. We had to wash towels daily, doubling the number of towels would be great. Little things like hand soap, back up toilet paper, some light cleaning supplies, salt and pepper, would be great. The listing is accurate this is not included but it could easily be and would enhance the condo experience. Things outside the owners control: the overall clientele of the condo building is inconsistent. While I saw mostly families, there were also several groups of teens or young adults running around in the evening. For the most part there was no trouble except someone threw up one night over a balcony above ours which blew back into our balcony. There are no cleaning supplies in the condo so I text the number provided when you check in but received an automatic reply no one was available unless it was an emergency with another number to call. It was our last day fortunately so we didn’t use the emergency number but this kept us off the balcony. I would consider staying here again, but I think some improvements can be made very easily to the overall experience.

We had such a wonderful times in Gulf Shores! Seawind was the perfect property! 1409 was absolutely beautiful- very well kept with a great view! Communication with Alabama Getaway was easy and quick!

Perfect condo for family vacation

My kids and I stayed 5 days in this condo and loved it! Perfect location, we loved the water views from the balcony. One evening we watched dolphins from the condo. The condo had everything we needed, and the beach cart was well stocked for a day at the beach. The only complaint we had was the elevators, one of them was out off and on the whole visit, this made for much longer waits, but wasn’t a big deal overall. Would definitely come again.

Awesome stay!

This was my son’s (age 4)first time at the beach and we loved it! Quick access to the beach and a kid pool he could play in as well. The condo is so nice and had a great view of the beach! I would definitely recommend this to family and friends!
