Beautiful condo. Very clean, gorgeous view. Everything works and plenty of linen and towels. Cute beach decor. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice Condo with plenty of space for 6 adults!

Very nice Condo with plenty of space for 6 adults. Kitchen was nicely supplied with anything we needed to cook with. We were all very pleased with the amount of room we had. Parking was easy and never had to search for a space. Close to great restaurants and grocery store. Would stay again!

Great property with close amenities

While the property is still undergoing hurricane repairs we found the inconvenience to be very minor. Our unit was exactly as advertised and we were close enough to restaurants so we could decide to stay in or go out for dinner. Indoor pool area was nice and the security guard ensured that only guests were using the property. Would stay here again.

Our stay was good , however the bedroom with two beds needs to corrected on the condo info

The beds that state there are two queen beds in the one bedroom is not true Those are full size beds We had to go purchase an air mattress to accommodate our families sleeping arrangements The description of the condo should read, two full size beds instead of two queen size

We couldn't get the code to work and finally ended up calling and within 15 mins maintenance was there and had it fixed within 45 mins so it was a rough start but a great ended

Disappointed, not in property but in management

I am a repeat customer of VRBO and have always been pleased. That was not the case this time. The property was as advertised but I will never stay in another property managed by Southern Vacation rentals. Our party arrived in the midst of Tropical Storm Claudette an hour before check-in time. We and our luggage were soaked. When we asked to be admitted early, I was charged $65.59 for the one hour. We were there maybe 15minutes when we heard a noise and found the ceiling fixture in the hallway by the door dangling by one wire. I called and was told it would be fixed. That was Saturday. They showed up Tuesday in the late afternoon. There was a wire exposed and we deemed this a fire hazard! Also, the plantation shutters were covered in dust and there was mold on the base of the blender. I am sure the owners are unaware of this. During our stay we also had the water go off temporarily and had to walk down 16 flights of stairs for a false fire alarm. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Barbara Kelly

Beautiful but

This unit is beautiful but I think it was misrepresented as a Penthouse condo. This unit is on the 16 th floor of a 20 store building. Also, check in was difficult because the elevator was not working well. The repair men came two days later. Renters need to know that you must press 16(floor) and code. Lastly, the door lock to the unit stopped working 20 hrs before checkout. Saying the code had expired. Ps I never spoke to the property manager, had to rate them to send review.

Family Vacation

We rented this condo for our family beach vacation and it did not disappoint! We were all so comfortable with the condo and the amenities within. We slept great, enjoyed the beautiful views, and had an overall wonderful trip! We will definitely stay here again!
