Come stay in the heart of downtown historic Beaufort, within walking distance of Downtown Beaufort, the Waterfront Park and our wonderful antebellum Old Point neighborhood. Each floor in our two-story home has its own living room with a large screen TV, a functional kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom with full bathroom, and a lovely porch to drink your coffee and watch the horse carriages go by. The upstairs Living room has a queen-size pull-out sofa bed that converts that room into the third bedroom. We are within blocks of Beaufort's finest restaurants and shops. We have off-street parking on our property for up to 3 cars and fast internet Wi-Fi. Our property is newly and completely renovated with Southern comfort, style, and relaxation in mind to make your stay delightful.

This home is in the perfect location and is absolutely charming. The front porches were a highlight of the home, from having morning coffee to a nice glass of wine in the evening. I will definitely be back.

Perfect stay for our family for a weekend trip. AC worked well and it was nice that there was a fridge/microwave on each floor. It was exactly as advertised, and the bathroom updates were done really well. I think it would be nice to have a few luggage racks to lift the suitcases off the floor because there wasn’t a closet on the main floor, but other than that I wouldn’t change anything! Great location, easy walk to town, and off street parking.

The house was great! Loved the location to Downtown. Parked and walked all weekend. Beds were great, but really loved sitting on the porches! At night so peaceful and quiet!

Ac was.fine plenty of shops and food all walking distance the only negative thing was the water pressure and the road closed due to construction which is not in the property owners control otherwise everything was great highly recommend it

My family and I enjoyed staying at this small historic house that was in walking distance of Beaufort's Bay St. restaurants and adjacent playground.

We stayed for two nights. On the first afternoon our son's girlfriend found black hairs on the sheet that was attached to the pull out couch upstairs. Later that night my wife and I too found black hairs on the sheets of the king size bed downstairs. We brushed them off the best that we could since it was so late when we saw them. Our son's girlfriend ended up sleeping on the couch instead of the pull out bed. I informed the owner via phone, and he told me that he would send a cleaning crew to fix it the next morning. He offered no discount or anything else. I declined the offer because we were only staying two nights. This is the second time that my family has stayed at a VRBO listing and found dirty bed sheets. It's quite obvious that the owners of these establishments hire people to clean up for them, but those people do not do a very good job.
