Enjoy lots of Okoboji fun, located in the heart of Arnold’s Park. A spacious new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with an open floor plan that contains a queen bed in the master bedroom, a bunk bed with a full bottom and twin upper in the guest room. Also includes a pull-out sectional couch in the living room, to sleep your whole family. Enjoy several restaurants, or grill on your own patio. There are also coffee shops, farmers market, a new boardwalk and a new pedestrian area with loads of shopping near the park or in the Emporium. You are within walking distance to the amusement park, mini-golf course, go-carts, bike trails, a beach, the boardwalk, as well as a marina. Or watch the free concerts on the green space with a brand new stage, along with the fireworks every Saturday night! And SO MUCH MORE! (This condo, in accordance with our covenants requires a minimum of a 7 day, “weekly” rental only)

Great location & accommodations

Everything was as advertised. The place looks brand new, had all the extras you need & the location is within walking distance of the top activities. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing!

Location is absolutely perfect! Walk to restaurants, shopping and coffee shops. Condo is beautiful and comfortable. The condo has everything you need. Thanks for a great stay and we hope to be back.

Comfortable Getaway with easy access to Everything

This condo provided easy access to Arnold's Park and other fun, local areas. Very quiet neighborhood with nice, fully stocked kitchen for entertaining guests and relaxation. Will definitely be back soon! The Carlsons

Extended Stay for Okoboji Wedding/family vacation

The condo was located in the perfect location for us to meet with family at nearby entertainment spots, restaurants and the lake shore. Easy to walk to every place we needed to be. Shan is a fantastic host with excellent communication. The condo is clean, modern and had every amenity accessible.

A gem!

The condo is in the ideal location of Okoboji and Arnold’s Park. Everything is within walking distance. The condo had plenty of space for teenagers and adults to enjoy time together and apart. The condo came fully equipped with the necessities. Golf, restaurants, shops, rides, and the lake were right there! I highly recommend renting a golf cart too. We will definitely be back again.

Wonderful venue.

This property was nicely appointed and we were surprised at how quiet the condo was. That told us the building was well built. Shan Rae the owner was great to work with and we would entertain staying there again. Location of the property was also great for the Fourth of July holiday.
