The apartment was awesome! Spacious and the view was amazing!! Host was great! Wanted to stay an extra night and the process was quick and easy! When my wife and I visit Canada again, we will definitely book again if apartment is available!! One thing I would suggest, is to have a smart tv with up to date apps. My wife and I wanted to sit down in the living room and watch some tv at night when we arrived from our daily outings

This stay was very nice. Great place and the host was very easy to work with. The apartment was clean and the AC worked great.

Location was great nice and close to everything

Stay was great there is a bees nest on the back stairs so we didn’t use those and the air conditioner was leaking water into the unit

Ideal in every way

We will try to stay here again if we find ourselves going to Niagara Falls again. The place was big, quiet and located near everything we wanted to go to.

The place was super cute and clean. The locations was close to all Niagara tours and Resturants, it was about a 12 minute walk to the area. Love how close it was to Clifton . Lots of Resturant’s, shops and entertainment. We read reviews on the steep stairs so we packed light and it wasn’t a problem for us. Will definitely recommend this rental to our friends who have it on their bucket list

Great location to the Falls. We walked to all the attractions - both Falls side and Rapids side. Clifton Hill was very easy to walk, as well. Apartment had everything we needed. Very homey and quiet. Parking was a major plus, as we kept my truck in the spaces behind the building for the week.Pascale was VERY easy to work with.Only downside - and this is minor - neighborhood is a few blocks off of the commercial areas. It is not well lit.

The apartment was spotless and spacious and had great furniture. The kitchen had everything you would need. So much space in the bathroom. Check in and out were seamless. Communication was almost instantaneous. Couldn't ask for more.

Lovely long weekend at the Falls....

We enjoyed the stay at this location. Very easy to get around Niagara and the rental was clean and comfortable. Could use a bath mat or hand rail in the shower.

The place itself was like a home you might see in a campus town - converted to six apartments. The room looks exactly as shown in the pictures, but future renters should be aware that it is on the second floor and the stairs leading up are steep and the back stairs are not necessarily the most sturdy. In addition, make sure to research what’s available in the area as far as attractions and restaurants as there is no welcome packet or information about offerings nearby (which are normally standard in VRBOs that we rent).

Convenient

It was easy to check in. Space was nice and comfy. We enjoyed the easy walk to the falls and restaurants nearby. Only downfall is hearing the others staying in the same building. That wasn't a huge problem with the quiet hours, just made us super conscious of how loud we talked or walked throughout the space. Overall it was a great stay,

Quiet but close

Wonderful place! Nice quiet area yet short walk to the Falls and town. Also easy to take stroll along the river. We loved hanging out the the sunroom.

Great location within walking distance of the Falls

A spacious, clean and comfortable apartment, had everything we needed for a short vacation to the Falls. We left our car sit in the parking lot, and either walked or took the Wego bus where ever we wanted to go. We would stay here again!

Lovely Apartment

Confusing at first, but once I reread then I understood the "flow" of things. It was within walking distance to a lot of the attractions and restaurants but the best thing was learning about Niagara on the Lakes. That is a hidden gem. We went every day and got acquainted with the locals. we did have a splendid time. can't wait to come back.

Nice, quiet area

Nice property in a quiet area, but still close enough to the the falls. Recommend using the WeGo buses for transportation.
