It was a cute little apartment with walking distance to the falls and everything The host was very accommodating with us to let us park our motorcycle in the garage. Very clean and quiet. Would stay there again.

Beautiful apartment with everything needed for our stay.I would definitely stay here again. It was a convenient short walk to the falls. Parking in town is expensive so this is a great asset!

Everything was great very spacious place. If you are tall watch certain point of the ceiling as it's short. But over all it was a great place for the price. Fully loaded with extra amenities even Landry soap and softener. Extra toiletries etc. Its within walking distance to the falls. Great location yet quite and out of the way.

Great place to stay. Lovely firm bed, all amenities we needed. Washington machine included, and a short walk to Niagra Falls attractions, old downtown or the WeGo bus. Heaps to do here, and nice location. Do yourselves a favour and go look around the old downtown. Quiet, but some hidden gems there. Brewery taphouse, bar and grill and good coffee at Coffee Palz.

Loved this Vrbo, close to falls/attractions

We are walkers and dint mind a little bit of walking to all that Niagara Falls has to offer! Check-in was great, thenproperty was clean and communication was incredible! Great little crash pad for the night and it had everything we needed!!

Overall nice place/Good location

Was clean and had what we needed for a weekend stay. About 12-15 min walk to view the American falls and get to the edge of the main downtown Clifton Hill area.

It’s a great location and a place to stay, however, the people in the unit above us were quite loud. We heard a lot of footsteps at 2 am and then again at 6 am.

We had a great stay. Henry is very responsive and accommodating. The place is comfy and well equipped and walkable to Niagara Falls. We highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at this VRBO in Niagara Falls! The home was very clean and located in a cute, quiet, and safe residential neighborhood. It was just a short walk to the Falls and nearby attractions, which made exploring super convenient. The only downside was the low ceiling height and some raised, uneven flooring that could be a tripping hazard. Overall, a charming and well-located place to stay with just a few quirks to be aware of.

First and foremost, this property is a great value for its location and what you get. It is clean and well supplied. A quick walk to the falls and many other local activities. It's also a super quick drive to the wonderful Niagara on the Lakes wine region. With that said, there are several items that folks should know before they book that either arent mentioned in the listing or aren't clear. This is a basement apartment. The ceilings are low, and floor is uneven with several spots with small steps up or down. Also as a basement, it is attached to the upstairs. The door is locked and the upstairs cannot access downstairs, but that doesn't stop upstairs guests from trying. We had a child trying for 10 minutes to get into our unit. I messaged the host and they were able to contact the upstairs guests and get them to stop. But overall there was still a lot of noise from the upstairs unit as well as smells from them cooking. Also as a basement unit, the stairs down to the unit are very steep. In summary this unit is not for the very tall, those with limited mobility, or light sleepers.Also the unit does not have central temperature control. It's all done through fans and space heaters. Which are likely sufficient. The down side is that many of the outlets are controlled by a main light switch. Especially the living room where the TV and fan cannot be on without the overhead lights being on.

Very nice. Convenient to falls and beautiful flowers at the falls. Very clean. Good shower. Low ceiling for anyone over 6’. Bumped head!!!! Bedroom a little snug but sufficient. All good overall.

Excellent Location

We loved the location: parked our car and walked during our weekend here. This basement apartment worked fine but is definitely a quirky layout. The primary bedroom is a decent size and bed was comfortable, however, I would say the size is a double according to US standard sizes not a Queen. I would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment in basement

The apt is very nice and quite well located for visiting the falls. The only down side is the insulation btw the upstairs apt and this one is poor, so there is a lot of noise carry over when the upstairs is occupied. The owner was very accommodating and quite helpful.
