Beautiful, complete, modern three bedroom condo in Kailua-Kona. Our ocean view is spectacular! 3 min. walk to ocean waterfront (amazing sunsets!), easy 10 minute walk to downtown Kona where you stroll along waterfront to many unique restaurants and shops. Located in a gated community that boasts many additional amenities including: large heated pool and lounge area, hot tub, gym and barbeque area. Our condo is steps away from all of these amenities! Perfect for young families and old alike. Convenient parking spot is steps away from front door. The condo is located close to some of the most beautiful white sand beaches in Hawaii. Great for swimming, snorkelling, surfing, etc. Numerous top golf courses can also be found nearby (Kona country club Makalei, Waikoloa Beach…).Kona international airport is also just 19 minutes away ! This, over 1,800 square feet, beautifully furnished, two floors and a loft comprising of three bedrooms and three bathrooms condo offers lots of space and comfortable living areas. The main floor boasts sizeable, open concept living, kitchen and dining areas. In addition, you’ll find a large outdoor lanai with seating and eating capacity, along with a barbecue for master grilling. Overall, there is more than ample space for entertaining. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed, a large ensuite bathroom, a walk-in-closet and its own lanai (balcony). Enjoy morning coffee on your private lanai and an evening cocktail, while watching the breathtaking Hawaiian sunset! Guests also benefit from amazing views of the ocean, with its white crashing waves. Spectacular! You’ll also find a queen sized bed in the second floor bedroom and a queen in the main floor bedroom. In addition, the upstairs loft/office has a sleeper sofa. Lots of sleeping space for guests. Please note guest limit is 8 and over 6 guests will be subject to additional charges. Please note under air conditioning it states there is an air conditioning fee if energy exceeds 25 Kwh. per day. (750Kwh. per month approx. $300 a month). Meter will be read upon arrival and departure. You will be responsible for overage. If you click on Host fees in your quote I am collecting $500 for Air Conditioning. You will be charged only for the portion over the 750 Kwh. allowed and rest will be reimbursed to you.

Great place to stay in Kona!
Had a great month-long stay at the condo unit we rented right in Kona. Unit had everything we needed for our stay, was clean and spacious, and was in a great location - road was a little busy for walking into town with young kids but we did it a few times and it was only about 10 minutes (but also easy to drive in and find street parking). Unit is right next to the pool and workout room, so very convenient and was easily able to keep an eye on kids if they're playing in the grass or pool area (while I was working remotely). Parking was just outside the unit and very easy to come and go. The pool was a bit noisy most nights with others using it and the pool house grill and tables. Pool was about to be remodeled following our stay, so I know it will be even more amazing for future renters! Upstairs lanai offered an amazing view of the ocean for sunsets, surfers, and enjoying the Hawaiian sites. Location was awesome - easy to get north and south, or head mauka to Hilo side or Mauna Kea. Really great unit and location to spend a month on Big Island!

WFH in Hawaii
Pearl's location couldn't be a better place to spend time in Kona. Fair warning, if you're looking for a place to rowdily enjoy nature and party, this isn't the place for you as the place is much more family oriented, but if you're looking for a lovely place to reconnect with close friends and family, a place to enjoy the sweet Hawaiian sunshine on a private balcony, the property in B-4 is the place to be.
Pearl's place features 3 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen with almost every possible amenity, 2 balconies: one on the bottom floor, and one on the top floor of the master bedroom, and an open air living room with a TV, Alexa, and couches to lazily read a novel on. Additionally, B-4 has an array of spices / cooking materials to use, and card games nearby.
Location wise -- the apartment is in a great spot. Nestled right next to a beach, often frequented by surfers which you can see from the balcony, you can easily walk to the beach (3 minute walk away) to unwind and watch the sunset, or go to downtown (10 minute walk) to go out and eat (tacos, drinks, American food, Sushi, Indian food among other options). It is a good balance between being far away from the bustle of town to be a quiet place to relax, but close enough to not be too far from the action!
I might also add that the apartment has a pool and small gym nearby. Beyond the above, Pearl (host) is incredibly responsive and is there to help you with any concerns or questions. I hope you can get the privilege of staying in her apartment -- it is a true gem.

Our condo is unique because of our location in Alii Cove. You cannot beat our proximity - 25 steps from pool area entrance and our parking spot is right out our front door. Our condo is fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and more. Kitchen has everything to make a gourmet meal from condiments, spices etc.
