Aloha Kurt. Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are sorry to hear that this was your experience at this location. While we do not have control over where beach goes sit nor the noise from the upstair unit occupant footsteps, we do have control over any maintenance issues reported. Upon issues with the screen door, toilet, and sliding glass door being reported our local manager did initiate calls to the maintenance technicians. The technicians did dispatch for these non-emergency situations as soon as possible so we are glad they were able to get them resolved during your stay. Also, our team continues to monitor the issue reported with the internet in order to ensure it is fully functional for all guests. Our guests have typically really enjoyed this particular unit so we are really sorry to hear it did not meet or exceed all expectations. We will take into account the items you mentioned here in order to improve upon the guest experience wherever possible. Thanks you again for the valuable feedback and for choosing Casago Kona.
