Beautiful Lake Huron beach house, across the street from Golf Course with Sauna

Our home has an amazing view of Lake Huron, along with a fantastic private beach! Beautiful views from Lake Huron bluff with large cabin sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor shower. Right across the street is the Greenbush public golf course. There are about 50 steps (stairs) from the backyard down to the beach with fire pit. Greenbush is between Tawas and Alpena, 15 min drive from Oscoda.
The space
The kitchen is very large and should have everything you need to cook. We also have a crockpot, airfryer, gas grill, and a charcoal grill in the backyard. The house is very practical for two families or adults and children separated on each level. If you have young children we have toys that they can play with (geared for ages 3-10), puzzles and games.

No worries if you forget anything, it is likely already on site, and the Dollar General is 1 mile away, and has everything you could possibly need!

Absolutely no pets. We have a child who is extremely allergic to all animals and asthmatic. It’s imperative that no animals are inside the house.

Great home! Wonderful, quiet location. Easy check-in and checkout. We loved the sauna. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a waffle maker. Plenty of bathroom and beach towels. We accessed the beach daily. Be aware of the 50 steps to the beach. That was tricky for older family members.

We had a great time at the Lake Huron beach house! Plenty of space for 4 adults & 3 kids. The house was fully stocked with toys, water gear, toiletries & pantry. We loved taking the kayaks out and had a bonfire every night watching fireworks. Would definitely recommend!

Loved it!

The house was great and the beach was amazing! Loved the sunrises in the morning and bonfires at night. Also enjoyed being able to walk across the street to play golf. Everything was just as described and we had a great time!

Great place on Lake Huron

Just a wonderful place to stay. Nice, private beach, golf course, lovely house. We love this property, which is why we returned for another stay. Comfortable, and easy for our larger family to stay. We love the beach and being near the lake without tons of people.

Nice getaway

View was great. House was nice. The basement bathroom shows signs of water damage even though it was remodeled. Water pressure was low when both showers were being used. We did not use all the amenities. The beach is the main attraction. House has plenty of room. Plenty of towels and supplies. The hosts were great.

Perfect beach

Wonderful location just a two flights of stairs to the beach. We had bon fires on the beach every night and enjoyed the local golfing. We recommend for families or friends get aways

This was a great place and very spacious. Very clean and great owners. They did warn us about the confusing light switches which was tough when we got there at night but all in all we figured it out. Our friends and I agreed we’d come back again so we could enjoy the beach. Rained while we were there but Michigan weather can’t be help beside which we were there for a quick trip for a hockey game. Thank you Angela for the great communication.

Great Vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful house! The house was terrific...very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The property was gorgeous, of course with the beach/lake in the back along with the beautiful backyard just above the beach.

Beautiful Views and Wonderful Hospitality!

We had a wonderful time with family on Lake Huron! We loved the house - very clean and comfortable, great layout for hanging out with family, and wonderful views of the water. We enjoyed walking on the beach and catching some rays, and also had a fire in the evening right on the water. The hosts thought of every detail including a fully stocked kitchen, bath and beach towels, access to premium television channels, and even toiletries including soap and shampoo. Angela and Mike have gone way above and beyond to make their guests feel at home. It's hard to summarize how wonderful this place is - we highly recommend it!
