Built in 2015, this home sleeps 10 guests (Community policy: only 8 community passes provided per rental - required for ages 5 and older) and boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious 2-story Living Room with loft, and modern kitchen. More highlights include a private sauna with shower, private hot tub on covered deck, private 1/2 basketball court and private playground, and multiple private open/covered deck and yard areas for year-round entertainment.

We are permanent residents to Southeastern PA and enjoy all seasons in the Tri-State Area, but especially the Pocono Mountains. We love the Great Outdoors and appreciate having a second home that we can share with guests.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
We rented a home in the Towamensing Trails Community in Summer 2018 and had been hoping to buy a home there ever since. We had always hoped to share the same wonderful experience that we had years prior with guests at our own rental property - and the rest is history. Towamensing Trails is a very well-organized and welcoming community for both full-time residents and guests - and we appreciated the fact that the community is non-gated for easy access, but is monitored by a security company to maintain safety. Towamensing Lake and Beach, the Community Center, Marina, Basketball, Tennis Courts, Sand Volleyball Court and miles of low-traffic roads in the community for biking, running, and walking were also large factors. The amount of wildlife in the community is also amazing - deer, squirrels, birds and many more and may just come right up to you!

Close to Amusement Parks, Skiing/Snowboarding, the Pocono Raceway, Outlet Shopping, Hiking, Biking, Lakes, Waterfalls, and Rivers just to name a few! The Poconos have so much to offer - come stay at our property and the only problem you will have is deciding what activity to do first!
