Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac across the street from Hutchins Lake, be prepared to fall in love with this sweet community. This brand new home has everything to offer from a custom gunite pool and basketball hoop with hot tub, all sports lake and private dock with beach as well as a home designed for entertaining and enjoying your loved ones. This 3,000 square ft. walkout home is designed for gathering and entertaining with friends and family. The front door opens to a spacious family room and built entertainment center with a mini fridge, snack storage, trash bins and a tall storage cabinet for games. This is the perfect upstairs living room or kid hangout room overlooking the picturesque backyard. The first floor also houses 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms including two king bedrooms and a “kids bedroom” with custom built in bunk beds (twins on top and full-size beds on bottom). The special bonus off the living room is the workout room with a view of the backyard perfect for anyone looking to get in a quick sweat while on vacation fully equipped with Peloton and weights.

As you head downstairs, you’ll uncover the breathtaking view with wall to wall windows overlooking the backyard oasis, custom kitchen and dining room. The designer chef’s kitchen was thoughtfully crafted for big groups in mind: a 13’ island, two ovens, two mini fridge’s (wine and beverage fridge), high end appliances, plenty of storage and cooking supplies for meant for entertaining. This beautiful room allows those preparing the meals to stay connected to all the fun – and we have recommendations for in-home chefs for the nights you want to stay in and enjoy vacation (they book far in advance so plan ahead!)
The patio becomes the perfect extension to your indoor entertainment space with patio seating, an outdoor shower, 38 ft. of expansive gunite pool and spillover spa to enjoy year round. The lower level also includes a living room with two sofas and built in entertainment center, another bedroom with custom built in bunk beds (twins on top and queens on bottom) and a full custom bathroom with access to the toilet from the outside—so the wet kids don’t run through the house!

If you want to head over to the beach on Hutchins Lake for fun on the lake and unbeatable sunsets, grab some towels and chairs from the garage and walk down the street to the private beach (there is also a golf cart to make the transportation easier). This house truly gives you the chance to enjoy all that vacation living has to offer.

For those of you looking to venture out, Fennville has a sweet downtown and great restaurants including award winning Salt of the Earth. Also enjoy the beloved Cranes Apple Orchard any time of the year just around the corner for delicious baked goods and picnic tables for lunch. The best part of the location is the proximity to wineries, breweries and downtown Saugatuck only a short 8 min drive away. Head to town for a wonderful meal, ice cream, bars, art galleries, concerts or shopping; or check out the many beaches or hikes. Saugatuck and Douglas represent the best that western Michigan has to offer. Excursion options include Saugatuck (8 min drive), Douglas (10 min drive), South Haven (15 min drive), Holland (20 min drive).

In the fall, enjoy the colors of the foliage and Cranes Apple Orchard. In the winter, there are endless outdoor activities including downhill skiing, cross country skiing, ice skating, sledding and more. Bittersweet Ski Resort (35 min away) or Timber Ridge (40 min) are great options.
